loved the pool area and the private balcony out the back, also getting fresh towels every day was a first for the amount of hotels we stayed in

the spa bath was a bit small to what I thought it would be and when we entered the room it had not been aired out after using strong cleaning chemicals

After booking on line through bookings.com, I received eight emails and one SMS from bookings.com and the Beach Motel. The majority of these were repetition and were totally over the top and not appreciated.

On arrival, the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Very well set out and close to the beach, plenty of parking.

Great beachfront location with lots of parking. The pool and pool area was just what we wanted on a hot day, nice and shaded, surrounded by lush green & even spa jets. For the very affordable price, this place is a jackpot! Will definitely stay here again next time im in the area.

Location - right across the road from the beach and only a short walk to the cafes.

Nothing really. When I first saw the property from the side street it looked like a tired and dated, but the esplanade side looks better. And the inside of the rooms are nice, clean and well resourced.

Super friendly staff, 3rd time I've stayed here and the rooms are always clean and very consistent. Will certainly be back.

Great for the 2 nights we were there. Good location and easy to walk to anywhere you wanted to go.

Just needed to have the plumbing fixed in the toilet as it wasn’t flushing properly.

I was a little concerned about what to expect because it was cheaper than other options but The Beach House Motel delivered!!! Such a lovely atmosphere. Staff are extra nice. Room was perfect. Location was brilliant. AMAZING POOL!! We will be back!

Everything was great.

We booked this room for a stopover driving back down the Queensland coast. Due to weather we were delayed by a day. I communicated this to Trish and she quickly and graciously changed our booking. As well, we were arriving outside office hours and there was excellent email and phone messages about how to access key from the night box. What could have been a stressful situation for us was handled efficiently and helpfully.
