Location price and cleanliness

Clean and tidy, there is everything we needed like microwave, kettle, clothes line and so on. Quiet even the site was full booked.Wish we could stay longer!

Only down fall was even though location was on way out of town was still easy driving distance to food services ect would have been nice to know what was closest eating options ect though and pillows in room need medium

Everything. This place surprise me for good. I’m very peaky about accommodation and cleaning. This place was extremely clean, the size of the room was good, it was provided with everything you need. Bed was very comfortable and linens feel very clean. Definitely recommend it.

No reception for TV even after complaining it was not fixed. They knew the reception was poor and cut out altogether after 7.30pm

The property was very clean, they had a nice pool and very nice staff.

Very friendly staff at check-in. Room clean, quiet

This was a very large room which was spotlessly clean and smelt very fresh. It was very quiet especially since it was near the main road into Hervey Bay. Reception staff and cleaners were very cheerful and welcoming. Many properties in Hervey Bay do not have designated parking but this had parking outside the door with ample parking for extra cars.

Facility was adequate. Good shower. Lovely outdoor area. Beds were well made and linen appeared clean.

Smelt terrible. Walking into the room it smelled like someone was still in there smoking in it. And then the centre of the room smelled like someone had urinated in it. It was very off putting having constant whiffs of urine in the space.
