    • not good glad it was only one night
    • Our Studio was excellent, it was clean and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed-especially the stove top so I could cook for myself and my children. The aircon worked superbly and made our stay very confortable. The sheets were clean and confortable. The staff were lovely and helpful. At my request, Natalie took the time to show me one of the Detached Bungalows that I will consider staying in at another time. I found Natalie friendly and approachable, and she generously took the time to show me the Bungalow. My children really liked the Studio that we stayed in, they were relaxed there and slept very well and they want to stay at Fraser Park again. We all like the pool and I loved the Spa!! l liked it that the front gates closed at night and that you needed a code to enter, that made me feel safe.
    • Had a cabin. It was great. Clean and very roomy. Close to all the amenities

    Cons -

    • dirty room, walls need painting, dust everwhere, dirty windows camp rubbish tins were full smelt bad also had maggots
    • Wifi didn't work. That is one thing that needs improvement. I had to use my son's mobile data from his phone-he hot spotted me so that I could Connect my Laptop to the Internet. I needed my Laptop to message my friends who live in Hervey Bay, so that we knew what our plans were for the day/evening etc........A Second thing-there is one or possibly two car space missing for the studios, so our neighbour took our car space, we sorted it but maybe you need some signage to ask people only to park in the car spot alloted for their personal Studio. Or ask permanent tenants to park their car somewhere inside the park for car security.Third and final thing-there was a bit of cigarette smoke around the Studio where we stayed and I would prefer non-smoking as much as is possible and enforceable. Possibly have Smoking spots out the front of the park-I know that it is a difficult issue. Thanks for your time, and I hope that you can consider some of these suggestions, that may help to make improvements, so that your Park becomes even more exceptional!!
    • The bathroom and back entrance had open windows with just screens and there were what appeared to be permanent residents outside smoking almost constantly, so there was no way to avoid it.

Although our studio was very basic, it seems some of the other facilities were better designed.

The bathroom and back entrance had open windows with just screens and there were what appeared to be permanent residents outside smoking almost constantly, so there was no way to avoid it.

have stayed here many times for work, an oldie but a goodie.

The noise from people walking upstairs in the middle of the night! No hot water most of the time even after waiting several minutes. This is normal. The system requires some flow pumps me thinks.

Nothing. You should not have this place as a listing.

This caravan park is disgusting. Old,worn out, terrible maintenance . poor facilities and very dirty. No FLY SCREENS ON DOORS, no hot water in kitchen dirty floors, bbq area that dirty and greasy i would not use it.

    6LauraPosted on: 4-20-2025

    Convenient to the beach

Furniture was broken down, stains on the couch and on the beds.

It clean . Good location .

It ok . But back door lock . Can’t open from inside , had to walk around back where car parked . Bring bags then key can’t come out . Had to lock from outside & walk around to front door .. that key lock that need replace . For fire escape safety .

Location is great close to everything and easy to find

Beds in studios weren’t the greatest but couldn’t get a cabin will try next time was school holidays

    7MargaretPosted on: 4-2-2025

Easy to get to. Cabin was as expected.

The main room cooled with the air con and fan, but the bedroom hardly cooled at all. There were some ants and light brown cockroaches. The bathroom door with towel hanger on the back hits on the shower door.

Overall it was clean and tidy the staff were friendly and helpfull

We had difficulty finding the code box to enter after the gates were closed. Maybe a small light to show customers where it is located as it’s a little way back from the gate. It was raining and if it wasn’t for a staff member standing out the front and ran over to help me we would not have looked in the area that it’s located.

    Heartless

I was under the impression that I was paying an arm and a leg for a studio cabin with a half decent kitchen. Instead, we couldn't access the place without working it out for ourselves as human service was not available. The place seemed like a dirty old motel room that has walls that are that thin you can hear through them (and believe me, we did hear through them at the wee hours of the morning). Wasn't game to cook anything with the items provided. Most expensive accommodation we have ever had and it may not be the worst, but it is close.

    The people were nice

Cabin was suppose to be a Pet Friendly "Deluxe" room. Saw inside of some other cabins & they looked like they had been refurbished. Is it because I had a pet?? Had to make a makeshift gate from the outside chairs & wonky table so my dog could sit on the balcony without being tied up. Bathroom was so small. Wasn't cleaned very well, dust & crumbs on dining room chairs, a couple of crumbs left in the fridge. Swept the floor as I felt stuff under my feet, had a pile of dirt from just sweeping around stuff. Lounge looked vintage, kitchen stuff was old, everything was so outdated. I didn't cook in there at all. Had left over fried rice that I put in the microwave, which looked like it had rust in it?

So close to the beach and waterfront. One night only, but served the purpose to a high standard. The show of bats in the evening is amazing!!

    3RyenPosted on: 3-9-2025

    Close to restaurants

Very loud through out the night/ some of the occupants where very under the influence of drugs

    6KyliePosted on: 3-5-2025

I was moved to a cabin The bedroom was very hot and stuffy even with the door open with no fan or aircon in the bed room. Served the purpose. Bed was comfortable
