Grange Resort Hervey Bay

The unit we stayed in was amazing, clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable! Perfect for a family of 4 with a small dog. Great facilities with the pool and small kids area and tennis court. Close to the esplanade and great restaurants and beaches.

Nothing loved it all

The staff, the building, and the furniture were all great.

The property was clean but was full of cockroaches (dead and alive. We saw cockroaches on one of the beds and in one of the wardrobes, too.

Clean, updated accommodation. Pool and bar were great.

Internet and reception was quite poor, not necessarily a bad thing, but was inconvenient.

Security issues found garage remote door kept opening in the night and no lock from garage to the apartment anybody could come into the apartment, scary . Pool has a bar that is only open on Wednesday from 3 pm to 5 pm , no information on bar times in the apartment . Pool water fall only works when bar opens . Nobody at the reception at the times stated. No smoking at the resort but could go out on the balcony due to someone smoking near by . One rule for residents and one rule for quest.

All of the stairs, however that is to be expected in a 3 x story unit.....I'm just not as young as I used to be

Apartments were spacious and clean in a quiet area. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. We stopped over on our way up and down the coast and it was perfect for our family. We loved the pool/games/bbq facilities. The managers are very friendly and helpful, would definitely love to return here for a longer stay in the future!

The amenities were fantastic! The air hockey table, pool table, kids play area etc. were such a great addition, we spent on hours at the pool area!

Fantastic staff, very helpful. Location is walkable to the 'strip' of Hervey Bay, the pier, and restaurants. The place was very well cleaned, and a great base to explore the area.

Great location, walking distance to the beach and botanic gardens. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Could use a few more bowls/plates etc, but otherwise all good.

Great staff & great location. If taking a K'Gari tour they pick you up right across the street. Wish we could've stayed longer. Happy hour by the pool was fun & meet some nice people.

The accomodation was perfect, the pool was warm and the host was friendly! Will always book this place if I ever come up to see more whales

It was a very spacious 2-bedroom apartment, fully equipped with everything you need. Beds were comfortable, Kitchen was big and spacious, the 3 toilets were very handy. Had plenty of areas for everyone to have their own space.

Loved our stay at Grange! The pool bar was so fun! My kids loved the heated pool and games room while we adults enjoyed a pina colada or two. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed playing tennis and riding their scooters around. Short walk to the esplanade. Amazing value for money. We came in August to see the whales (which we did and was fantastic) but would love to come back again when it's warmer as well!

Roomy, comfortable accomodation and very well priced. The play area and pool was very well maintained and stocked with games for the kids.
