Driveways flooded, wild weather but drainage was terrible

Great place, bed wonderful after a hard days work.

No hot water for my entire stay, doesn't make sense, advised staff upon leaving, they said thank you for letting us know ....

Very clean room. Close to All the venues we wanted to visit

Almost impossible to find the way to the Motel. We spent almost 35 minutes looking for it. I had to ring Motel to try to find our way there. When I arrived, the receptionist said that a lot of people have trouble finding it. Our GPS kept sending us away from the Motel. Need clearer directions to get to motel. Coming back after shopping we again had trouble finding Motel via GPS. Just not worth the hassle.

Location near boat harbour.

Bed linen shocking old and seethru could feel piling on bed protector. Shower over bath. If paying $230.00 expect to run my air condition at only temp.

Absolutely nothing

The pool in the middle of the accommodation being accessible from anywhere was great! I also liked that the carparks were free and easily accessible.

They were doing renovations at the time of our stay but staff were so accommodating! There were a few wear and tear things needing fixing like the lamps in thw bedroom.

Ease of check in, car parking and set up with room and accessibility to the pool and the pool. Location to the Marina. Staff were very nice to deal with.

Not that we didn’t like but perhaps the opportunity to further activate the bar/dining options. Totally get the challenges in making a good food/dining options work. A great restaurant option with indoor and outdoor dining would be amazing.

Room was good .pool is great, good size spa.Gym was being renovated.carpark was secure under bldg.

Staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. The apartment was big with all amenities required I.e. washer dryer and kitchenette. Thanks for a lovely stay :-)

Disappointing

Mould in air conditioner, when we asked for this to be cleaned or for a room change due to our child having a medical condition we were told there were no cleaning staff and no other rooms. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Location, would prefer more central

pool was ideal being a lower room giving direct access, unfortunately restaurant was closed so meant had to eat out with little choice close by. would go back if restaurant was open.

Restaurant!

Nice hotel with a great pool. Had a one-bedroomed unit which was very nice but let down by the standard of the bathroom. Hotel location is reasonable with the Boat Harbour facilities nearby. It is a couple of kilometres walk to the cafes and restaurants on the Esplande.

The bathroom in the one-bedroom unit we had let an otherwise excellent unit down. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor and the shower of the bath was definitely dated - time for an update.

Price, cleanliness, facilities

This isn’t the first time we have stayed at this location. The staff are fantastic and the facilities great.

The rooms were clean but need some love. A visible large container of damprid on the wardrobe was a dead giveaway. The cabinet that was under the tv had severe water damage. The mould and build up in the bottom of the shower needs attention. The bed in our room needed replacing (xl bed) hard in the center and but sagged and was very lumpy. Pillows were very uncomfortable and we struggled with our sleep on both nights of our 2 night stay.

Loved the big spacious apartment, nice strong water from the shower. Liked the double door security to each room. Pool was great, was good to walk down ramp into water as I'm on a walking stick so stairs are a issue. The classy bar area, which had great cocktails and great pizza. Bec in room was massive.

If I had to say anything it would be no fly screen on door to balcony (not a big issue). Not enough parking (still got a park though) as I said no biggy. Will be back
