The staff. Some were awesome others very unmotivated and not friendly at the front desk. AC not in second bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay — the room was spacious and comfortable, the pool was clean and inviting, and the view was not that much beautiful, making the experience an easy 8.5 out of 10.

The room should have been cleaner, as we found dust and stains on some parts and the sofas. I have a bit of OCD, so I wasn’t fully satisfied with the cleanliness of the room.

Great location, great pool, comfortable beds, great bathrooms, great air-conditioning, friendly staff.

Damage and marks on walls, stairs next to entry feels dangerous, no blackout curtains to stop light from pool getting into the room at night.

Everything the accommodation was 1st class and loved the swimming pools,very helpful staff,bar and cafe very close by

The location is great, close to restaurants, cafes, and the beach. The apartment was spacious.

The bed was on the hard side and pillows quite uncomfortabl. there were a lot of small ants in the kitchen and some in the bathroom.

Excellent location and well appointed facilities.

Air conditioning needed through the whole apartment would have made it more comfortable. Pool area could do with some umbrellas or shade sails.

Staff were great and very helpful. Julie was very understanding.The view was amazing right on the beach, room was awesome.

Bed was a bit soft.

I paid for a Premier Ocean View one bedroom unit, was allocated a 2 bedroom unit 408 with great view but cigarette smoke from the balcony next door unit 407 filled our unit. Reception advised out of their control to stop the smoking as it was an Airbnb so allocated us unit 414 which was not premium ocean view, only glimpses, definitely not a premier view, it would be good to get a refund of the difference between ocean and pool view. Balcony was filthy with much black mould.On the 2nd night cigarette smoke once again, this time from a unit below but unable to positively identify which one.

The overall property is in need of repairs, pools missing sun shades for children, no Wi-Fi working in the building.

Our family loved the heated pool. It was a nice quiet location.

2 mornings in a row we were awoken by the fire alarms. Obviously they were false alarms.

The pools, location and room size were excellent.

The phone reception was terrible and the note about the Wi-Fi being unavailable due to the cyclone was bordering on unacceptable.

I love this resort. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. I've been here a few times and love the location. The pool is great and is always clean.

Unfortunately, someone had been smoking on the patio. There was ash over one of the outdoor chairs, also on the floor. I noticed cigarette butts where the plants were.There are not enough sunbeds around the pool for busy times.

Perfect location clean as soft bed room size was great highly recommended next time im in Hervey Bay I will stay alot longer

Beautiful atmosphere. Roomy apartments with private bathroom for each guest. Very secure property. Awesome staff.

Difficult check in, card, key wouldn't work. Bathroom full of hair but otherwise seemed tidy, unfortunately poured rain so couldn't explore the area
