Location was great. Thoughtful and happy helpful staff.

Lift wasn’t working.

The room and the view were good, and it was close to cafes and restaurants which was convenient. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help with issues.

While we stayed the lounge room was flooded by the air conditioner so we were unable to use it. The carpet was very musty and we could smell it as soon as we walked in. It did get repaired on Saturday afternoon so we placed towels all over the floor to try absorb the water.

Room position and view were excellent. Did miss the fact that there was not a microwave in the room.

Have a microwave and a little more crockery and cutlery and a toaster in the room

Clean , the bed is is very comfy. The view is to die for.

The front door lock is hard to open.sometimes the Netflix doesn’t work.

The apartment was spacious with a beautiful view of the marina. There were several restaurants and the Boat Club a short walk from the Mantra which was perfect for dinner and breakfast. It's a shame I was there for work and couldn't stay longer.

View over the harbour, amazing sunsets, proximity to great food places, waking up with a view of the ocean. Very accomodating staff who were friendly and helpful.

Getting things up to the room a bit of a problem. Some extra trolleys to help people get gear in/out to cars. Also, need to fix up the shade cloth missing from the car park since the cyclone, so there is more shaded car parking. The lifts aren't great, but I can work with that - just a bit slow.

Ceiling fans needed in bedroom. Towel hooks needed in bathroom. Bedside lamps needed in main bedroom

The location and view were excellent! The balcony was perfect. I would stay again.

There was mold in the corner of the room, there were little ants all over any used glasses…. The hotel doesn’t service the rooms unless requested.

Room was not clean, shower was very difficult to get into [spa bath] and very slippery...The hotel is showing it's age and needs to be re-furbished....There are more modern, newer hotels to choose from and we will not stay at the Mantra again.

Amazing views and location next to restaurants and meeting points for boat trips. The whale watching season kicked off the week we were there and we could see the parade and fireworks from our room.

Probably not the best one for access to the beach if you want that. But that's not too far either, just a short walk away.

We were pleasantly surprised to have been booked into the direct pool access room. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Although the apartment was small, it was very comfortable & perfect for just the 2 of us. the view was gorgeous overlooking the harbour & the location excellent.

I would be hesitant to stay in summer as there wasn't any aircon in the bedroom, although it did have a ceiling fan, I wonder if the aircon in the lounge would be enough to reach down the length of the hallway to the bedroom, also there wasn't a dishwasher, otherwise great.

Nice clean comfortable room with an excellent outlook across the Marina. The staff were excellent everywhere we went and more than happy to assist us when needed

We had a one bedroom apartment. It was spacious, a great balcony and sea view looking over the marina. It was close to the Boat CLub where we had a great night out. The bed was a king size i couldn't fault it.

Clean rooms, easy check in and out, very comfortable. Will be back in the future!
