Charleville Motel

The car parking was covered to give shade . There was a nice pool for a cooling swim. The gentleman on the desk was most obliging.

Being in a corner car space made backing out difficult once another car parked in adjoining spot

It was clean and friendly management

The noise from other people in adjoining rooms ,no cutlery

Property and Staff are fantastic. Can definitely recommend.

Nothing about the Property or Staff. Booking.com on the other hand, offered me a $9 ‘upgrade’, on the website, for a private bathroom. I contacted the Property who explained all rooms have a private bathroom and they know nothing of this ‘upgrade’. Sneaky Booking.com.

great location, comfortable beds, great pool. good value for money.

Wish it had BBQ facilities

Location was fantastic - quiet. Loved there was a free laundry to use and plenty of space to hang clothes to dry outside. Good wifi and smart TV. Bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in any place I’ve stayed at. Appreciate the info guide with details re local places to eat / explore etc.

The location was great and the pool was very good. The Queen Bed was very comfortable.

It was exactly what we expected. We liked it.

Very clean and tidy. And amazing staff.I had to shift rooms because I couldn’t book 3 nights in a row because they were fully booked out but cancellation happened and they had the room I was going into clean and ready by 10am when having to be out of the other room they go above and beyond. And the beds are amazingly soft best sleep ever. Thanking see u next year already booked ?

Very friendly staff and good value for money, comfortable with good amenities.

Some shade over the pool would be nice.

Room layout was nice. Bathroom was a good size.

Rooms were connected by a door.

The bed was comfortable

The staff where incredibly rude, bathroom was cramped. Mould in the tile grout of the shower. Unknown splatters on door of bathroom. Toilet was unstable and moved. Thick dust in bottom of cupboard. Was constantly asked to move vehicles although there was no allocated rooms.

Clean, reasonable sized rooms, under cover parking.

There was no breakfast available

. The room was cramped . the bathroom had no space to put anything.

Free laundry, nice pool, friendly and helpful operators.under cover parking at the door.

Room wasn’t same as the photos. Some rooms upgraded, others not.

Comfortable, clean rooms with friendly, helpful staff and management. Bonus complimentary laundry facilities and excellent, quiet location.

Would have been good to have had some cutlery and plates and bowls.

Location was ok. Good for one night stay. Undercover car parking

A bit run down. Needs a makeover. Shower was very limited space and could do with a new showerhead. Needs a sink for washing dishes.

FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF, ROOM MET REQUIREMENTS FOR OVERNIGHT STAY.EASY PARKING IN QUITE AREA.OUT DOOR SEATING MADE UP FOR SITTING INSIDE.

SHOWER A LITTLE TIGHT BUT THAT IS BEING PICKY.

Good

No shampoo or conditioner. Room would of been cheaper if I booked direct. 《 WHY?》

Undercover parking. Comfortable bed. Good amount of blankets on the bed.

Shower is a little squishy,.

Layout of the room, back of motel was really peaceful and quiet

TV has 2 permanent lines across the screen, when we entered the room there was a very strong foul adour, the drains in the bathroom stunk and made you feel sick. Single bed was very worn and was not comfortable. Overall the room was nice, priced a bit high for what it was for one night.Light covers where full of dead bugs needs removing and cleaned out.

Disappointing

Toilet was leaking, unpleasant smell throughout the bathroom.Window mounted aircon was very noisy, did not have a good sleep.
