Charleville Waltzing Matilda Motor Inn

How pleasant the owner/manager was

Friendly managers and staff.Comfortable room & a great location.Free laundry onsite was also a big plus

location & staff

noise from cleaners

The service was friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

No breakfast - you could get a pack with cereal and long life milk. Free laundry facilities.

Ok. Needs updating and parking was weird. Gardens at the front are nice.

Outdated and small. Bathroom feels dirty because of the mineral deposits. Budget. Parking was odd.

The staff are very friendly, accommodating and helped me out a lot with the cancellation of my colleagues booking. They went above and beyond. I am blown away by their customer service!!

NA

It was cosy and clean

The bathroom light in our room was broken, Maybe have a second spare blanket

Very friendly staff that helped us with after hours check in. Can walk to main "downtown." Very basic room (though bathroom was huge) but we weren't looking for anything more than that.

Great location. Pool nice and cold. Very clean. Small basic rooms but did the job.

Attended for a footy carnival. Got the feeling owners had had trouble with people in the past with people doing the wrong thing which is a shame. But I supervised my children and made sure they were behaving but we felt like we were being constantly watched and got lectured several times which wasn’t necessary. Staff entering rooms before we left. Would have been nice to have been able to relax more.

Nice and quiet, clean and convient place to stay, not a massive hotel so able to get in and out quite easily and owners there are nice.

Cant really complain to be honest

Clean and comfortable. Convenient stop off on our way north. Very friendly.

Friendly welcome. Clean, modern, comfortable room and bed. Lovely Pool.

Staff entering room without knocking.People smoking outside my room.

Nice clean and cool rooms, managers were friendly and extra helpful, free use of washing machine

The staff were very helpful waiting for our arrival. They also gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The room was large, quiet, clean and comfortable. It was nice that bottles of water were included as the bore water had a strong taste.

Nothing- this is a comfortable motor inn perfect for a clean, comfortable bed during a road trip.

Felt like home, we are planning on moving to Charleville and would be very happy to stay there again the next time we are in town, we were made to feel very welcome

Was a bit awkward getting past the double bed to get to the bathroom, not quite enough room, maybe the beds could be turned around to accommodate this

Everything you need & centrally located! The owners were absolutely lovely. Will definitely be popping in again!

Fantastic staff, location and facilities.

Location to town is great

Room was smaller than expected, but it suited for what we used it for

Parking was setup great with free flow movability, not tight like most.
