Drive up parking.

Rooms are very dated and not comfortably furnished. The walls are too thin and sleep was not possible due to the noise from neighbours.

All good. Clean and comfy. Good location near a nice cafe.

A smoky smell in the carpet.

Clean, tidy motel & rooms.Small kitchenette with microwave, handy.Plenty of on site parking.Lovely restaurant next door, beautiful food.

Noisy kids out in the early hours of the morning screaming. Nothing reflecting on the motel.

Room was cold with insufficient instructions on how to operate heating. Tried calling office for help no good

My second time staying here. It’s basic but clean and good location. Great communication from staff letting me know about after hours key pick up etc.

Walls are a bit thin if you have noisy neighbours.

Friendly, professional staff. Renovations occurring, staff went out of their way to assist.Owner made contact prior to arrival to inform us of changed conditions to entry making our journey easier, appreciated as we did not know area

Small item no hair dryer in room

The owner was really helpful. The pool was nice.

The rooms were very small and the bathroom very very tiny. No hairdryer.

Location and cleanliness

Expensive. Also, there was a step to enter the bathroom/toilet, tripped few times hurting the toes.

Good location, comfortable and modernised

The noise, thin walls, early leavers with noisy cars, noisy arguing other stayers.

Clean, comfortable, quiet location, pleasant staff. Ideal bed for the night.

Comfortable bed and good pillows.

No hand towel and had to ask for a tea towel and face washer. No tea spoons, white sugar or sweetener. Only raw sugar which is not nice in tea. No mirror inside room only in bathroom. Not great pressure in shower and shower curtain rather than glass. TV remote wasn’t great had sticky tape over volume and channels. The ceiling fan was also noisy. Noise from road could be heard from 4.30am so difficult to sleep in morning. Had to park out back due to renovations and was blocked in by laundry collector on first morning.

No contact with staff other than tosupply glasses. Entrance( although tempotary was disgraceful with huge potholes and mud. Very poor outside lighting. Many guests outside una ble to get in as no staff there.

The stay was good for my work project.

I didn't like that when I was picking up the room key that I had to pay a $100 deposit for the room. Also the system to refund the deposit took too long to process, needs to be fixed so in the future if any one pays a deposit it should be refunded at least 24 hours after check out.

It was clean.A Vietnamese dumpling restaurant attached to motel was a convenient bonus.

Only partially serviced. No Hand towel or tea towel. No room compendium. There was a step into the bathroom - very dangerous in the middle of the night.Carpark works were in progress so we had to walk around a block to enter the property. The carpark gates were supposed to be closed at 9:00pm but weren't and there was a person casing the area.There was a noisy group in a close room but no recourse available as the contact was an inter-state call centre

Very clean and modern. Lovely beds, linen and pillows. Spacious

Only channel 7 free to air. No 9 or 10 and unable to self program into the tv. Would have liked to watch the footy

Clean, fresh room, even with the renovation happening it was great value.

Reception friendly, checked straight into room. Clean and tidy.
