Reception is very efficient and accommodating; the room is well-appointed and comfortable; the hotel is within very easy walking distance of all the key amenities.

It would be good if Room 11 had a lock on the screen sliding door that is in front of the glass sliding door (granted, the glass sliding door has good locks).

The room had a slight moist smell to it, must have been from the recent rain. WE aired to the room out and the stench mostly cleared

Fully refurbished rooms with an extraordinary amount of space to put things. Very convenient to places in Bomaderry and a short drive over the Shoalhaven River to places in Nowra. Great value for money.

Two bedroom, two levels

Poor housekeeping. Dirty towel left in bathroom, bathroom door handle hanging off, shelf in shower hanging loose.

The upstairs living area was spacious.

The premises appeared unkempt and uncared for, with a rubbish skip overflowing at the entrance and an outlook over a car sales yard. The kitchen was old and shabby, poorly equipped with just one cooking pot, cheap and poor-quality crockery, and an old, grimy stove. The cutlery drawer was broken and kept falling out. It felt dirty and unkempt.The laundry was crummy. The pool was not accessible. A depressing kind of place.

Small car spaces, kitchen floor had puddle of water, freezer didn’t close properly, apartment wasn’t the cleanest.

Leaving

Untidy car park. Noisey. Hard to cross road in busy times can take 10 minutes to get to shops across the road.

Passable

Too close to highway very early morning traffic at 4am. Had neighbours that continued to fight and swear. Notified the reception but not a lot was done. Bed was not the best and it was lacking in power points to recharge phones and watches

The room is spacious

Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. The floor hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, and the bed sheets had hair and some debris on them.

Fair price at the town centre, convenient to shops and restaurants. Kind reception service and clean rooms.

Couldn't find a chop board in the kitchen unfortunately.

Ample space, easy check in and check out, strategically located - close to shops, gas station, 30 min to all the main beaches. Comfy beds. Good TV with YouTube. Great lounge area.

Place was absolutely disgusting. Bedding had not been cleaned, marks all over beds. Place wasn't vacuumed, stunk and generally felt like we wanted to get out asap.

Staff were lovely. Twin room was tidy and comfortable.

The only negative was the pool was either out of action or needed attention and lack of security cameras was a bit off putting however we felt safe enough.

Convenient location. Bed was comfortable.

We had a slight issue with the shower however it was rectified in an acceptable timeframe.

The accommodation was so clean smelled beautiful comfortable and great for family

Nothing great

The room" interior design was appealing with ample space. It was very tidy and clean.

There were some ambient truck noises but not enough tp disrupt my comfort.

The place was clean and beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful. Suited our last minute stop for a rest on our drive home.

No sink or washing up facilities. There were no instructions weren't clear whether we were to leave our dirty dishes or clean them. The office hours were between 8am and 8pm but the office was closed when we left at 9am so couldn't check with staff to see if we needed to wash dishes or not.

Rug was sticky and dirty, shower didnt have a door and water went everywhere, there was already a dirty towel in the bathroom when we checked in and one of the power boards next to the bed didn't work
