Quest Nowra

We had a two bedroom apartment. It was well fitted out, everything in good order and beds comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in apartment. Washing and dyers meant we could wash and dry towels after a day at Jervis Bay beaches.

There was only a limited number of secure spaces for our car (over 2mt in height) so we had to park on road. Lot¿s of car space however so this wasnt a real problem.

Huge room. Clean and quiet.

Easy to locate, it suited our needs, and we attended a Rotary Club meeting at the service men's club.Parking is available at no extra cost. Bonus. The staff were helpful and pleasent.

The Bathroom was adequate and clean, great shower, however, no shelf above the sink, made grooming dificult.

It was quite noisy being so close to the main road you could hear the traffic driving past

Location is good, rooms are spacious and well considered.Car park is convenient and secured which is worth the $25 per night fee.Complimentary magnum ice-creams is actually a nice touch, thank you.

I use Quest all over Australia hence I trusted the brand in Nowra.Firstly, our room on Level 4 had a very damp strong smell of wet dog which was unbearable to sleep there all night.We asked the one and only staff member for help and he came up after 20 minutes after chasing him up several times over the phone.He agreed the room had a strong smell to it and offered to spray air freshener into the room to reduce the smell.We were not happy with this and could not sleep inhaling the spray scent all night mixed with wet dog smell and asked him to move us to another room, he said they were all booked out and was not sure what he could do.We waited longer and after checking with his manager over the phone, it was agreed we could be moved to another room they said they now have available?...We were moved to another room from level 4 to level 1, so we lost our view but we were moved from a studio to a 1br (larger room) but now we had other problems to deal with and it was getting late.This room was mosquito infested, had very dirty carpet and clearly did NOT get cleaned after each use.There were squashed mosquitoes everywhere (even on the TV) from the previous guests and the hotel had not even bothered to clean the room and hide the mosquito issue.The bedroom door would not close as there was an issue with the door jam, so clearly no maintenance on the property either, so we had to sleep with the door open despite the mosquitoes.I would never bother writing a bad review about any business (even when they do wrong) but I am fed up going to over priced hotels, paying a premium and receiving very little in return with no offer to reduce or discount the stay considering all of the above.Pay full price and get half of what was promised?...Do not recommend at all.Clean the hotel properly and professionally.Needs new carpet and maintenance!More staff needed and empathy...Perhaps a discount would have saved this unhappy customer.

The room was very spacious, clean and tidy. There was a fresh clean smell to it. Parking on premises was a bonus. Bathroom was spotless.

It would be better if the price is cheaper.

The room is super clean and nice and comfortable. Special the reception lady was so nice and kind, when we got problem which we cannot fold the sofa bed back late at night, she was still coming to the room and helped us out. Big appreciate to her.

The only issue I experienced was after we checking out in the early morning at 9am, we accidentally left the bed guard for 3-yr boy in the room. If the room service team contacted us before 1pm, we were still around the area and we can easily came back. However, when I arrived home in Sydney at 3:30pm, we recognized the issue and phone the reception, we were told they got my bed guard and waiting for me to go back to pickup….unfortunately, I have to ask the team to ship the guard back to me and I have to bear the cost. I understand it’s my personal mistake due to the careless, but if the room was checked earlier and the service team can contact me proactively, all the additional things can be avoided.

Everything was handy, location was perfect for us. Neat and clean and very good staffs.

The room is spacious and the bed was comfortable.

We were given one pillow each, also on arrival our key that was given by reception to our room didn’t work so had to ask the cleaner to let us in before having to go back to reception to get this fixed.

Big space,and easy to go to shopping and restaurants.

Not completely check all the cutlery and boiling boil kettle cleaning.

The room was really clean & tidy. The bed was great and the facilities were good

We were told there was no parking available in the Quest carpark. However, it was at least half empty for our whole stay, so we were wondering why.

Nice, clean and quiet

Spacious room, kitchen corner available in the room, the bathroom was nice with all the essentials as well as a real hair dryer (not like the ones already attached to the walls). The location is a short 20/30 minutes drive to Jervis bay which is great.

The bathroom could have been a bit more spacious but no big deal. Didn’t find any restaurants that convinced us in a walking distance. But it was not a big deal either.

Staff were friendly and welcoming.The car park was spacious and secure.My room was clean and also spacious.

I noticed walking through the corridors that they dont have the air con on. So walking from my room to the elevators was a bit stuffy.
