There was a blackout early morning of us leaving ? Shower & drying hair !!! —/staff could have been better prepared eg candles torches at breakfast , no notification or communication to people staying & NO apologies for the inconvenience. we know not their fault but common courtesy & some small compensation would have been appreciated

The property was beautiful. Everything was clean. That was soft very good. Food was great.

The property is situated on the highway right at a set of lights in the trucks did not stop all night. Unfortunately I did not sleep great

Excellent clean rooms and generous breakfast- they were even able to cater for my gluten-free needs. Fabulous pool which we would have used if we’d had more time.

Beds rather soft and lumpy so I kept falling to one side. The walls were rather thin so my sons could hear people talking in the next door room until 12 pm.

The bed was a little uncomfortable due to the noise it made.

Great position ,easy access, breakfast included was excellent, safe car parking out front of room. Wi fi was fast and TV worked great. Definitely stay again for the price

The road and driveway was pretty shabby, it would be very hot there in summertime.

Breakfast was fine. All that we needed to start the day.My only disappointment was that the tea and coffee were served in paper cups. The room was clean and quite well appointed.

I really think that you need to attend to the exterior area of the hotel. The lawn needed mowing and the garden was filled with weeds or dead plants. Not a very inviting first impression.If I stayed again I would ask for a room away from the road. Quite noisy.

They have a pool and being part of the pub the food was awesome.staff are fantastic and very friendly and helpful.

Alot of people using the carpark outside the rooms as a get together/chatting area. Quite loud at night.

The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of options available, and each person received a voucher for a free drink.

We checked in after after hours. The lady at the Archer Hotel that checked us in was super helpful and friendly. Beds were comfy, room was spacious and clean. Cold bottles of water in the fridge. Free drink vouchers and breakfast. I would stay again.

Where they served breakfast could have been air conditioned. We travelled in February, it was hot, the restaurant was full and it was a little uncomfortable.

The location, the food.

We booked for 6 people (2 adults and 4 kids). We got a family room that had the master bedroom and the other room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed.When we arrived the sofa bed wasn't made up so we pulled it open and it still had dirty sheets and clothes on it from the last people who used it. It was getting late so I called up before they were gone for the night and someone said they'd get some bedding to us ASAP. Noone actually brought any bedding so we had to find a blanket and have one of our kids sleep on the sofa bed as a couch.The next morning when I mentioned it there was hardly any apology and we were told that you have to wrote a not in your booking of you want the sofa bed made up.We specifically booked for the amount t fo people amd specific room so why should we have to make a note (where did they expect the extra person to sleep?).*There also weren't enough towels for the amount of people booked for the room and no face washers.

Dripping, leaking air conditioner in the room. Noisy and soaked the carpet near the window.

Shannon, on reception was lovely and very helpful. Overall It was very good value and convenient.

Great place, breakfast was delicious! Bed was really comfy and shower was great!

Looking at early check in, was told that the charge would be $20 per hour. Seemed ridiculous and unnecessary.

Staff was rude and they don’t clean the room if you stay more than a day there. Very uncooperative staff.

Excellent value for money! Room was spacious, shower was amazing, inclusions in room rate such as drink vouchers, discount at tavern and buffet breakfast was great! Service was good. Staff friendly. Room very clean. Good location

It had everything we needed. Had a pool, tennis court and basketball court.

The A/C didn't keep the room very cool. It was set at 16 and nobody was freezing and no a/c in the bedroom, so we had to leave our door open in the 1 bdrm studio. Only other complaint was the pool, and courts all closed at 6:30pm. Way to early for a summer day.

Good location. Has a pub and restaurant. Good value for food and drinks. Easy parking. Next to a Dan Murphy’s. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Very easy check in and out.

Room is very humid and has a musty smell on arrival. Limited options on the menu at bistro and inconsistent information between paper and online menus.
