George Bass Motor Inn

This was a comfortable, good quality motel with nice fittings. Just a short walk to a few take-away places so you could get dinner. Can recommend this as a good option for a short stay.

The room itself was spotless but immediately outside in the walkway was some ugly green matting with tears in it. Lots of leaves had blown in and were spread over the matting but nobody had thought to blow them away.

Everything you need in a motel, clean bed hot shower and tea and coffee making facilities, including a microwave.

Great location. Room was clean and equipped with all you need, even full sized coffee cups! The beds were extremely comfortable, and sheets of high quality.

We arrived late and the outside light was not working, made it a little difficult to find the room number, but certainly not a major inconvenience at all

Great location near the Entertainment Centre, a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and close to bus stop for connection to Bomaderry Station (we were on public transport). Host was very friendly, responsive and helpful with local advice.

It is a beautiful motel but the WIFi sucks!! The rooms were spacious and the kitchenette had everything we needed - it is older but beautiful and mostly clean - the staff member who checked us in was the happiest with the biggest smile

The Wi-Fi was awful - also we went to make coffee and the previous guest had not cleaned the cups (and cleaners did not pick up on it) - also the range hood was not cleaned

Breakfast was simple, basic but enough for our short stay! We like the property a lot, it's nice to have some green as our view too. The vibe was also good in the property, we feel relaxed.

It was really warm in the afternoon in the kitchen with the natural light ceiling and we were not sure how to keep the kitchen dishes washed, there is no sink and dish washing available.

The staff are nice I’ve been twice now, it’s quiet there’s a tv I went down to see friends but I kind of didn’t want to leave the hotel

The freezer was too packed with ice to use I couldn’t put anything in the freezer due to the ice build up

Clean, good location, comfortable enough bed for a few nights, excellent water pressure in the shower, and a lovely coffee and milk!

location of the A/c was a bit awkward for cooling the room quickly, but it did eventually cool down nicely. Also, the shower had a drip that went all night.

There was a mix up with the room we booked. The receptionist was very helpful & the problem was resolved

It was clean , and I really liked the location close to Everything, I want to highlight the shampoo , conditioner and body wash , and the reception was nice , good for family’s , people where friendly , and respectful , it was even close enough to drive to the beach , price is okay but a tinny but to much only coz it was school holiday time would have liked to spend more time here . But couldn’t afford on my own budget but it was lovely

Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful in assisting with the check-in.

Sound insulation seems to be the major issue. You can hear a lot of noise inside your room from outside including motor noise.

The single bed in room 8 was very poor. It felt like a thick cardboard box with no paddling in the mattress. My daughter had to pad the bed with bedcovers from both beds and got little sleep. The double bed in room 5 was the same and my 58 y.o sister got no sleep and the bed caused her back pain

Air con on a 42 degrees days . Stayed two nights in a very clean two bedroom apartment ( Room 22) quiet corner with a full fridge and facilities. Across the road is a coffee donut shop which was very busy. Walked up to main street for Chinese at Panda Restaurant. Breakfast at Forage . Art Deco cinema to get out of the heat !!

Nothing everything was awesome

Very convenient. Easy check in. It was a stopover for us and stayed one night only. Was pleasant and clean. Beds we're ok. Great to have water and milk in the fridge.

Room was tired with a mouldy smell and damaged bed side lamps. Noise from rooms either side. No shower cap or tissues in the room
