Nova Kiama

The hotel was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants, and within walking distance to the Blow Hole. I would have appreciated having a spare blanket in the cupboard and one or two additional pillows. Otherwise, I enjoyed my choice of accommodation, and the friendly staff were welcoming and helpful.

Right In town. Pub right next door. Excellent coffee+ yummy snacks from the cool coffee bus in the foyer

Maybe some water bottles in the fridge ? Otherwise fantastic

Convenient location close to coast walk, beach, restaurants and shops. Clean and modern. Coffee van in foyer.

Room was a little too minimalist in size, lighting options and furniture. Only a stool for the countertop and no other chair.

The shower was great and lots of things were in the room I didn't expect. Great TV and sheets. They went out of their way to provide a microwave and dishes/cutlery as I am vegan and I had to get woolies dinners to reheat. Also very little scent except in hallway near lift. I am very allergic so ran past it. The rain shower was great

What i dont like is Booking.com advertising this hotel as 4 star - when even the hotel only claims to have 3. The room was grubby, very basic, no outlook. Depressing and very overpriced for the quality of accommodationIt's great having a coffee cart in the lobby but not when it takes 20 minutes for the person behind the counter to make 2 cups of coffee. Bottom line, there are better and less expensve places to stay in Kiama

The place was very cozy and clean! Wish I could have stayed longer. Staff is also very friendly.

Location was really handy - walking distance to most things. Rooms clean and New . Staff good . Pool area really good and clean. Really quite also no noise when sleeping ?

Would gave liked a full lengh mirror in the room.

I liked the stay and was very quiet and no complaints at all .Would have had an extra toilet roll in my room as unfortunately I have had cancer last year and still working on getting better extra toilet roll would be nice in my room as unfortunately I need the bathroom bit more . But that’s just my wee complaint other wise perfect ?

Great location, close to everything and easy walk to the beachfront. Room was very clean and comfy. would stay there again!! love the area!!

The location was great, free parking. Loved the Kombi Cafe to grab a snack and coffee. Staff were lovely.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The stay was comfortable and affordable. Was close to good places to view in Kiama. Loved that it has access to netflix ect on a decent size TV. Even only a short drive to many places to explore.

Hotel and room were very clean and quiet, even though it's close to the train line. The location is excellent as well, and having parking was a big plus.

We had four people in a room, and two of us were on the pull-out. I didn't find any extra sheets or blankets, or pillows, so it was a very uncomfortable night.
