  • Location was wonderful, close to attractions and restaurants, room was comfortable.

Cons -

  • The lack of space to store luggage for two travellers, on entry into the room, after 3pm, we found the bathroom floor was still wet and in respect to the bathroom there were no hand rails that would assist pensioners of our age to safely get in and out of the bath whether using the bath or the shower. The two louvre shuttered windows did not suppress the noise that came from two wedding receptions that lasted late on the Friday and Saturday nights during our stay,11pm. You will note I gave a poor indication re value for money the reason for being that prior to our arriving I had a number of convesations with the letting Management for the Sebel and in those convesations I was informed that I could have paid 20% less for our accomodation so how can that happen when Booking.Com maintain that the fees that they charge are the cheapest available. In respect to our experience with the hosts at the Sebel, there was no contact whatsoever. Day blinds need to be fitted as in the evening in particular we had to lower our blind as our room main window faced the Yves Restaurant and with the Blind up diners could see straight into our room.
