The facilities are fantastic for a family. My kids loved the pool and splash park. We loved how close the beach was and everything was clean and in good working order.

The wrist bands that you are asked to wear were not able to be taken on and off. Thankfully I did it loose on my children and could slip it off but if we didn’t we would have had to break them to get them off.

Everything, the beachfront Villas are excellent with stunning views. The camping has great facilities for kids. It has been an amazing short trip.

A couple of cockroaches at night. It’s not a big issue but not pleasant. Despite this, the Villa was very clean

The water park adventure zone was the highlight, the kids loved it and I’ve never seen better at any parks I’ve been to in NSW. Everything was easily accessible from beach to water park, to pool as well as cafe with a great range of selections and jumping pillow.

I really can’t complain about anything.

Its a heaven for kids with lots to do around. Kids never end up being bored. The heated pool is a delight. Daily movie time was another hurray for the kids. The location itself is very scenic.

The property itself disappointed us because the 2 nights we stayed, we ended up with 3 cockroaches and a spider inside. One big cockroach was actually roaming on the bed which was a big turn off and disappointment considering the price we paid.

Not having cafe available during the week and Some of the arcade machine just took money and never work

Spacious, clean, comfortable, close to great attractions. Accommodation is newish looking and has a nice open feel. Will book again if I come back to the area.

Our family had an awesome time staying at this beautiful caravan park. It is very well maintained and situated on a beautiful beach.Very nice pool and water park. Kids enjoyed it even though we visited during cold time. It's a great park and we will be back for sure! Absolutely awesome!

Very conjested parking for the beach front villa.

Was able to book in earlier than expected. Very clean facilities Excellent for family

Would have liked a iron and ironing board in the room The people staying in the room next to us had tv going until 3am. Did have to knock quite a few times but to no response. I do wish I had of booked a cabin closer to the beach

The place is very clean and close to everything very impressive with water park and swimming pool water is warm, Game centre is so fun for our kids love it so much especially lollies machine and dinosaur Machine game.

Location was fantastic, although development in the surrounding land was sometimes a noise distraction. The facilities were fantastic, the staff were fantastic and our overall stay was really enjoyed

The TV size in the family room was disappointing. With the sizing available these days a TV upgrade is certainly something we would expect to see next time. Plenty of room to mount it on the wall rather then its current location

The cleanliness of our accommodation exceeded my expectations, along with fantastic customer service from all staff who are more than helpful made our stay very comfortable. The ease of access to well maintained facilities throughout, convenient location with beach on site, plus parking at our doorstep were a huge highlight. With a wonderful variety of activities for our young children, they could never get bored here!

Great water park,pool and close to beach.

All was good

The cabin we stayed in was absolutely spotless and more spacious than I thought they would be. Beds were comfortable. Amazing location, perfect for kids with so much to do.

The location is amazing. The beach is lovely. The ocean breeze is just relaxing. The size of the kids swimming pool is great and big enough to play. The aquaventure (water park) is so fun for the kids, even though it was not open for our entire stay because of operational issues.

Two things:1) I was told that the water park will not operational the night of my arrival. I was inform that it will be working the next day. However, it was not working until 2:30pm the next day. I was hoping that we get the most of it. 2) the cabin has a toilet seat in one room and the showers and the sink in another room. It is not convenient at all. The toilet seat room has a very small and tiny sink. You can’t wash your hands comfortably. On top of that, the sink has two water taps one for hot water and the other one is cold, they don’t have a mixer. Its just annoying.

Lots to offer

Lots shut whilst staying there, accommodation for a family was outside secured gates and next to “paid camping sites” so had many drunken people making noise at night, also not secure. Main water feature shut for 3/4 of my stay, also nothing opened until 9am in the morning, having kids on vacation be good to have open when they wake up so they have something to do.

It was clean and comfortable

If i had to pick one thing, I’d say there wasn’t enough bin bags.

It was beautiful. Very well set out. Very clean. Loved the location. Staff were great.

With ot being so far away to walk from main centre it would be good if they had a coffee shop.

My kids (2 and 5) both absolutely loved the closeness of the beach as well as the park facilities of the pool, water park, park, jumping pillow and games room.

More towels each day, we ran out quickly.
