Surf Beach Holiday Park

I liked the location and park pool area.

Our hot water didn’t work for 2 days - I had to bath my young child and baby in cold water. No suitable alternative was offered. No compensation was given.

Views are amazing the kids absolutely loved the pool and how close the beach was. Will definitely be going back.

Closeness to the beach and the wildlife - we had a possum visit us at night

The bath was quit high for the kids to get in and out

Veiw was was great. Location was wonderful. Nice beach close by

The large balcony area overlooking the amazing view out to the ocean. The bungalow had everything we needed and walking distance to beach and shops.

The bed in main room was super comfy however the kids complained the bunk beds were uncomfortable.

In a fantastic location

The room was outdated and not very well cleaned!You could see thick dust under furniture - items were not moved to be cleaned under, only cleaned around! We had to ask for cleaners to come and clean thick dust in the room There was also mould in the bathrooms and bbq outdoor area sink!

Amazing views of the ocean, close to the beach

some sort of fan etc in the room with the bunk beds would be beneficial

I guess the floors were still dirty needed mopping on arrival, but I assume staying near a beach was inevitable to. No further issues

The location was exceptional and views spectacular The cabin was clean and sizeable for a family of four

Cabin was directly behind kids playground what was open to the public so lacked privacy and altered view other beach view cabins would of been ideal

The view and location was fantastic. Cabin was also great and comfortable. Staff were friendly

It was a little far from town, so lots of walking without a car. However a beautiful walk

The location and facilities were amazing! Staff were helpful and the park was clean, the pool was brilliant for the kids. Newly renovated bathroom in our lodge (17) made our stay even more amazing.

The location was great and the cabins well equipped and clean, everything needed for an enjoyable stay!

Lovely place to stay! Cabin was exceptionally clean & modern! It had everything you could possibly need. Staff were amazing. Excellent spot ... close to beach, blowholes, restaurants & cafes.

Location. Location. Location. Oceanviews were spectacular. Sunrise shots were amazing! Very easy walk to town and sights. Nearby Silica has amazing takeaway fish and chips and we had a lovely pizza/pasta dinner at Olive and Vine

Our first night there were strong winds and the trees/branches near Unit 7 made loud knocking noises that sounded like someone was tapping on the window and in the cabin. We had to get up a few times just to make sure the sound was coming from the branches/trees. As this is a very windy spot would not recommend having trees with widespread branches so close to the cabin.

Very clean and located a short walk to two great beaches.

Tightly packed between camper van accomodation, so lacks privacy and is also quite noisy. Smoke from neighbouring accomodation blew straight into our cabin constantly.

The great position, the comfortable coach and bed and all the amenities you would need. The staff went out of their way to help. Thankyou.

Location and views were amazing, facilities were easily accessible and we found the kitchenette to have most things for cooking and BBQ. Really appreciated all the trash cans as we were able to keep everything clean and tidy for a smaller space. The rooms themselves were perfect size, we spend most time in the living area and outside on the veranda or exploring the local spots. Sunrise right out the front every morning, no complaints about that! Plenty of blankets to keep us warm and cosy in the winter.

We found a roach in one of the rooms but it was dead and looked to be fresh so that’s a plus. We didn’t see any during the rest of our stay.
