Very clean very comfortable

Leaking shower and toilet, lack of power points

Walkable distance to town centre, staff were very helpful.

Close to noise road and train line

The location was great - close to lovely walks and not too far from shops and restaurants. It was easy to find and access to the cabin went smoothly with the locked box code etc. Great value for money - it was clean and the holiday park was quiet (out of school holiday time it was mostly older people and couples).

The doors kept sticking and were hard to close - ie the bathroom and bedroom doors. The WIFI kept dropping out and at one stage it said it had reached the data limit, so we had to wait a few hours for it to reset.

Lovely cabin, it was very clean and new and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The air con was excellent, bed comfy and the shower was great. There was a small sofa and table and chairs. Lots of storage for a cabin. We loved it.

The staff and location

Cabin bed not comfortable at all. Staff need to sterns to maintenance related issues. Cabin way too small.

I loved how clean and tidy the little cabin was, it have absolutely everything you need. The towels smelt amazing and clean! The staff were so lovely, going above and beyond to make sure our parking with our trailer was accepted to park on the grass (this sort of thing is unheard of) the view was so cute overlooking beautiful trees and green oval. We had mountain parrots visit in the even and hand fed them and also a good morning visit. The location was prime for visiting the area and surrounds. Spot on! We will be back.

The price was good. The cabin was clean and the toiletries were good.

only problem we had was the main bed was very hard and uncomfortable.overall cabin was cozy could be a netfix and youtube included.

Easy to find and locate the unit because we were given a map and it had directions where to go. It was everything we needed for a nights stay. Had a seperate lunge room and bedroom had another tv in it. Aircon worked perfectly and had plenty of towels too!

It was good! Not a bad thing to say!

Good location for where I needed to go for the event (wedding).

- Images of cabins and cabin I stayed in weren’t the same- was in reasonable condition, albeit things like towel racks were ready to fall off the wall etc- room wasn’t ready to check into when I arrived after 2pm - I needed to change for the event I was going to and wanted to check in. I was advised through text/booking.com/email I could check in at 2pm…- half the people in our group staying in other cabins, many who had advised they did not have cars associated with their stay, received threatening “we’re towing your vehicle” as management clearly had no idea who’s vehicles were associated with which cabin/guest. Perhaps they were overwhelmed with the number of guests, but it as just poorly managed.

great location.super comfortable and peaceful very clean and accommodating.shower had great pressure just on the small side had a wonderful stay with my partner.

Close to town. Small holiday park. Very comfortable and well sized cabin. Kids playground for easy entertainment for our smaller travelers. Comfy beds.

Some train noise at night. Carpets were old and in combination with the timber skirting with mould, the cabin had a musty smell.

Reasonable rates for 2 Persons. Short stay suitable. easy access and check in process, even after hours

AC in each bedroom would have been nice. bathroom needs a bit of a revamp

Location was good. Quiet and accessible.

No instructions in the room, door fell off in bathroom, I was trapped inside for half an hour, could not find anyone to explain, requested a refund but no reply. Bed saggy, could not get a shower in the morning because of the door.

The Cabin was spacious and had great kitchen area. The bed was comfortable and warm and the bathroom are was very nice with large soft towels. It was not noisey except for hearing a train whistle.

Neat & tidy cabin. Gr8 layout. Nice & quiet when sleeping.. location was superb.

The mattress wasn't comfortable. Either was the lounge.

We love the place, clean and comfortable and it’s not farFrom shopping centre. We want to come back
