Convenient location. Big rooms. Great bed….very comfortable.

Too many flies in the room buzzing around and was very annoying and then in morning dead all over the place - same thing happened next day because I think cleaners leave door open when cleaning

Bed was super comfy aaaand the shower had great pressure. Also close to rsl wilhich is awesome

The RSL restaurant next door is very handy and good food, including for breakfast

It would be great if The Springs offered a breakfast voucher for the Ironstone cafe at the Mittagong RSL, to buy either at time of booking or on arrival.

Janelle was very pleasant and welcoming at reception and helped ensure room choice met our requirements. Room was very spacious, comfortable with armchairs and coffee table. The king bed was very comfortable, but we would have liked a choice for a slightly higher pillow - the pillows were ok, but a little thinner for our liking. Coffee and tea facilities were standard with tea bags, hot chocolate and moccona coffee sachets, but would have preferred coffee bags or pod coffee - but again that’s a personal; preference not a great criticism. Shower and bathroom was great. Springs is close to shops (supermarkets, cafes and Maccas is right behind the Motel) and the Mittagong RSL is right on site for breakfasts and dinners etc, so great location. Overall a great experience above expectations

The location was convenient and close to the local shopping area. Rooms clean,tidy and well maintained.

I love that the motel is attached to the RSL, this gave us an opportunity for good food dog dinner and breakfast without driving.

Nothing really. When I was booking it was the most expensive motel in the area, the others were booked out and i think the proximity to the RSL allows them to charge more.

Very clean, very comfy beds, good location and having RSL right there was convenient. Friendly and accomodating staff.

Excellent location for my purposes. Always clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Easy Access to property and room was large with all expected amenities for a short stay.

Close to shops and city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. RSL next door is a bonus. Easy dinner.

Beds were too soft. Uncomfortable unfortunately. Not good for people with back problems or over 40. Sorry.

Little touches - like a jug of cold water in the fridge, "real" milk, microwave. Very fresh and clean. Great location - right next door to RSL so you don't need to think too hard if you arrive late. Also only a short walk to Mittagong town, where there is great coffee and other options.

It would have been nice to have a fly screen on the balcony door, but you don't get that anywhere, so not really an issue.

Loved the location, it was very central

There was mold in the bathroom walls. I went to check out and tell them but there was no one in the office and I waited for 10mins and still no one came. I was hoping to tell them about the mold but I couldn't.The toilet also took a very long time to refill (about 5-8mins). I thought something was wrong with the toilet.

Great location, quiet, secure, clean, and well maintained. Staff were lovely and helpful with any requests. The hotel is well located next door to the RSL and close to other amenities. Highly recommend.
