I was expecting more upmarket furniture, etc for the price. There was no freezer in the fridge. Also customers should be informed when booking that a bond is required at check in.
We found the lighting in the bathroom very poor and the position of the power point near the toilet was extremely frustrating and impractical.
YES AND I HAVE ALREADY SENT A COMPLAINT AND STILL HAD NO RESPONSE. THE FLOOR WAS DIRTY, THE BED WASNT A FULL KING SIZE BED JUST 2 BEDS TOGETHER AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE TV DID NOT WORK.

Lasagna order to our room from the late night menu tasted like a frozen meal - it was disgusting!
