First, a note to Booking.com - those of us who are looking for a hotel and use search filters do not see this hotel when we ask for a hotel with elevator access to the upper floors! So this hotel has many floors and the view is excellent, and yes, there are elevators! The breakfast is good, parking is nearby, and within walking distance of the attractions in the area.

The hotel staff were so nice we felt like home, the breakfast was so good that we even gained weight after our stay ? the hotel rooms were large and always clean, cleaning staff were nice and there was always help if you needed, the views of the rooms are one of the best in Iasi

Shower was broken unfortunately and very difficult to use ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ and heater didn't worked 1 night and we kindly frozen????‍♀️

Clean, good room size, comfortable bed, pleasant staff, was allowed to store luggage. Coffee lovely

No extractor fan in bathroom. Didn't replace water daily. Breakfast was not quite as good as the last time we stayed. No fried eggs, sausages were not as good as before. Just a bit disappointed

The location is great, right next to Hala Centrala.The room size was quite small for a group of 4, but it was ok for just sitting and sleeping. Standard conditions for the bathroom and the cleaning. The included breakfast was quite ok, although it did not change at all for a full week in terms of choices.The price was fair.

The room noise isolation was very bad. We could hear all the ambulances, police cars and trams from the main street. Another small minus was the lack of a bar/restaurant for the evening. But at least you can easily go out to Palas or Atelierul de Bere, next door. It was just unpleasant for some really cold evenings when we would have liked to stay warm.

The soundproofing of the rooms is not the best, we had strong winds and it was a bit loud.

It was OK as a 2 star hotel. The bathroom was decent

Missing: mini fridge, microwave, the luggage support, lights too dim. One common door for garderobe and bathroom.The "healty" breakfast had most food unhealthy some bad "poison".

It was spotless. Reception staff incredibly friendly. Food excellent
