Excellent breakfast, very helpfull staff, room very clean and quiet. I always chose this hotel when in Iasi. Very good value for money. Also very central location.

No safe-deposit box in room.

The location is perfect - walking distance from the Palace of Culture and Palas Mall, restaurants, specialty coffee places and other sightseeing spots. The room was very clean and well equipped. The staff was very friendly. We were also able to check in early at no cost and check-out time is 12 o'clock which was also helpful for us.

The staff was professional, informative, helpful, and prepared to assist with anything.

This isn’t our first time staying here.Its location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the main attractions, mall, walking street, restaurants and shops. Rooms may be on the smaller side, but they are super cozy, spotless, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay: great lighting, lots of TV channels in different languages, a kettle with coffee, tea and sugar, plenty of outlets, comfy beds and air conditioning. We truly enjoy staying here and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Iași

The staff deserve 5 stars. I was sick one night and the reception staff was very helpful.

We paid for room with breakfast. Food was 4 out 5, but coffee was so high acidity from more than dark roast beans.

Rooms were clean.Location was good.

There is a disco in the same building that plays very loud music with heavy bass until 1:00/2:00 at night during weekdays and probably also in the weekends.Breakfast was ok.. nothing special.

Good quality and good size rooms, breakfast offered a variety of options, the hotel is well located with easy access to the city centre, and most importantly the staff members were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. This is my second stay in this hotel and I will definitely be back.

There is a pub/club near the hotel which got very noisy one night, well after midnight. The bed was almost shaking, and so were the windows.

I had early flight, so invoice for stay was requested almost 2days beforehand, to have smooth check-out.I also pre-booked taxi fir my transfer to the airport.When I went to reception, i stood there around 20min, because my invoice was not ready, and Personnel was constantly ignoring me, and in the middle of services started to serve customers who came after me.My taxi was cancelled, and I had to pat a free for long waiting time.i barely found another taxi at 4:20 in the morning, and I was 2min away to be not border on the plane.Unprofessional service that coursed huge amount of stress and extra expenses.Do not recommend this hotel if you respect your time and would like to be treated as human being, this was last time I visited this hotel.

The hotel is well located, close to restaurants, the mall, and the city center.

The pillows and mattress are very bad.

Very good location, room, cleaning and breakfast

The lack of clear directions to the breakfast room misleads customers. And most disturbing is that the receptionist was extremely rude to my wife (lucky for him I was not close to them at that moment). Apparently that receptionist doesn't like working as a receptionist. Shame. It's the only negative aspect, but enough unpleasant to not rate this hotel at the rate it actually deserves.

Even though the hotel isn't newly renovated, it is very well taken care of and very clean. Everything is fair, the staff is very kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the room service pizza...delicious!

The bed mattress was uneven and it felt like it had some holes on the sides, so not very comfortable. And the TV screen is very very small.

Close to city center

Breakfast was really poor and served in a small windowless room. Coffee was horrible, even worse than ar the machines from train stationRoom had a small window facing a garage or something like that

The hotel was top tier and close to the main city attractions. The room was large with a private bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The WiFi was fast and easy to connect with. The included breakfast was terrific with a large selection to choose from.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like, but I wish the price was lower.

There wasn't anything to dislike to be honest. Only possible thing would be breakfast items not what we are used to but that's only to be expected.... We are in Romania after all.
