Welcoming reception, room was lovely, well appointed and spotless

The staff was very accommodating when I asked for a desk chair and some other small modifications. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Hotel was in an unusual location on a side street, which was quiet, but located near a supermarket. Room was comfortable and quiet.

as my order didn't include breakfast, they took €2 for a cup of coffee.there is a water boiler i the room, but I didn't have a coffee pouch.

Clean rooms, polite staff, and a restaurant where you can try Moldovan cuisine.

The room was big and the location was ok.

Apart from the size of the room, there's nothing really that stands out. Low standards on amenities (e.g. the room had a kettle that wasn't working so well and the wire was too short - but no tea or coffee)

Great location! The hotel accommodated to our request of a very late check in, so grateful for that! The room had all the described amenities. We had a great night sleep, the bed and pillows were very comfortable!

Best central accommodation with traditional food in Suceava! I recommend it both to Romanians, but also for Ukrainians and for people coming from all over the world to end up with a beautiful memory.

The hotel does not have parking space for guests. On workdays there is no place to park till late afternoon.Poor breakfast service.

Large groups of tourists eat at the hotel restaurant. You have to be prepared for this.

Sometimes, lack of English and breakfast was a bit restricted. You have only choices of set menus, and you couldn't create your own breakfast

Beautiful room and big comfortable shower; bathroom isn't very big, but functional, with everything you need.The staff was really kind and helpful.Breakfast is good, with five continental options.Position is nice for a tour of Monasteries and the other attractions of the region.P.S. I really suggest having dinner at their restaurant, which has quality food for a reasonable price.If I'd come back to Bucovina, this would be my first choice.

A very nice hotel The receptionist Maria ( Mariella) was very kind and welcomed us as a special guest.The interior was very authentic and unique giving it great character.Everywhere was very clean and a good condition.The bed was very comfortable Highly recommend

The property was clean and well kept.

It was really hot in the room. Not even the AC helped, because it would get instantly hot as soon as we turned it off and we could not keep the AC on all night.
