Very cozy and pleasant hotel. We were late to check in, but we were welcomed wholeheartedly. Room is comfy, clean, and has everything you need. They are pet friendly, so I could stay with my beloved samoyed (pet charge is 65 lei). The parking next to the hotel was full (Saturday night), but we could park just nearby on the street (parking is free on the weekends).

Courteous staff, fast check in and very clean rooms.

The rush for breakfast because of the layout of the buffet area.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were dark and quiet.

You have to make sure you are there early to get a parking spot on property.

I booked the suite! You can only get there by stairs, the elevator doesn't "go" there! The bed is tiny for old furniture and needs upholstery.

Room was comfortable.

Parking security threatened to call police on my husband as he was in the car waiting for me to check-in & find out where parking was. The car wasn't blocking the way & the person saw me come out to get his passport so they should have realized I was checking in. Hotel website & Booking.com say laundry service is available, but it's not. Only 1 comforter on bed & not really big enough for 2 people. Refrigerator wasn't very cold & had no way to adjust. Had to ask for extra pillows. Have to be careful when leaving to lock the door behind you with the card key - it doesn't close completely if you don't. There's public parking close, but hard to figure out how and/or how much to pay.

The receptionist was very friendly, the location is good - in the city center. Breakfast starts early which is also a plus.

Limited parking space, we had to park on the street which has free parking only until 8 AM. There was no way to pay for the street parking as we are foreigners and SMS method didn't work. Breakfast options were limited and we came 1.5 hours after breakfast starts, a lot if the plates were already empty and the staff didn't refill them.

Comfortable. Convenient. Very friendly personal. Excellent breakfast, not expensive.

The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful. The location is fantastic and within walking distance of everything in the city. The property is pet friendly!!

Clean room towels and bed sheets. Good bath room. Close to the city center. The walls are rather thick and you don't hear the neighbors.

The hotel is rather nice. Everywhere is immaculately clean. Nice design for a good hotel room. Breakfast is good, basic. The girl at the reception was very helpful with giving directions how to get to the bus station as the Google map did not give any public transport to the place.

- Reception (Cosmin) was very rude...need some improvement how to go with your guests!- Parking if full you need to pay in the streets

The room was excellent, newly renovated and very clean. Comfortable bed, good breakfast, very quiet.

The room was overheated, I had to open the window to cool it down.

Welcoming and attentive staff, nice rooms, clean. Very good location.

Minibar is empty and the restaurant does not work after 22:00.

It is located almost right in the city center, easily accesible and not hard to locate. The area seems quite quiet (maybe the church nearby will disturb you on a Sunday morning). Breakfast was ok, nothing to complain. Rooms are ok with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom.
