very good restaurant, they made also few renovations at rooms, now is much better than 2 years ago

sometimes to many peoples at restaurant, little loudy

the location was convenient and we had a clean, warm and quiet room

no lift and was a difficult to carry the luggage 2 floors

The room big and clean. Bed comfortable. All good

Friendly staff and quick check-in even when we arrived early

There were no disposable slippers in the room and this created some inconvenience while staying in the room.

Not far from the railway station, good food, have a small kid playground.

Very loud in the morning, the restoration kitchen starts working and getting noisy. PS: Do not recommend their ice cream, spoon for making ice cream balls stays in dirty water all the time.

I appreciated the daily towel service and the bi-daily bed linen changes, which contributed to a comfortable stay. Additionally, the dinners provided on-site were consistently delicious and of high quality.

Few things broken in the room, they should pay more attention to details, to repair, change few things.

Restaurant was nice. Rooms was ok, fresh renovated but I expected more for 3 stars.

I stay on second floor and no elevator. 2 big baggages and I need to take on stairs. Also my view was to office...

The supraface of the room is big. The bed was confortable

They didn't recive me at the reception, but at the Restataurant's bar. So the lady seemed very busy and annoyed. I stayed 3 nights, the other stuff was niceNo acces at the ,,spa center"

The food was as for very expensive restaurants: excellent taste and very beautiful plating. The staff was very nice and polite. Also smiling.

The room was cozy and big.

You have facility's in the listing, but when i got there i could not use them with some pathetic excuses too. "Since covid started we don't let single people go in.." from the oficial posts covid has been finished..Also sisnce when do i have ro announce that i want to use the facilities? Ofc i want to at least try them.. Don't recomand this place if u want to enjoy your stay.

part of hotel workers were smart and ready to solve problems, thanks to Ukrainian speaking guy who has made the work which was failed by the lady who actually refused me to check in

the lady who checked me in - I’ve never met such absence of desire to work. She was very dissatisfied that she has to check me in and that I wanna pay in euros (it has never been a problem anywhere before). actually I’ve never met such inflexible people in hotels (8 years ago I also worked at hotel reception and such work is unacceptable)

fridge didn’t work, you can’t check in after 22:00… we had a maze at 2 am

Pretty close to the train station. And all in all it's a decent place to stay for one night. Reasonably clean.

Even for the small price it's still a bit under expectations and if you arrive really late I'm not even sure there's anybody left to check you in.

Due to location summer terrace in 10 meters from main building - big noises even after midnight. Also influenced 2 floor rooms for that due to main floor also under restaurant territory. To get hot water in the shower need to dumped for minimum 5-8 minutes. Strange smell in the room. Door into room completely useless, from plastic by few millimeters thickness. Offered room definitely not for this money...

The worst “stay” in my life

At first address mentioned on Booking is not exact address, we had to search for it. Then we were late, we tried to contact Romero via Booking but received no answer, also we tried to call them, but no answer, only voicemail. When we came to apartment there were no stuff at all, literally nobody, so we couldn’t check in and we had to sleep in the car. Also we tried to find somebody in the morning, but still nobody showed up, so we just left

Location is good, close to railway station.

Room isn’t had an electric kettle.
