I noticed other people were complaining about the same issues with the pillows.

The room was very nice facing the interior court yard, it was very quiet. Nice shower. The hotel arranged for taxi pickup in the early morning to take us to the airport which was great.

It was outside the city so it was easy to find and parking was great.

The restaurant menu. Too much sweet sauces on the dishes and when requested to not put sweet on the ordered dish it came with sweet decor
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. The location is a quiet part of town, but not far away from the main attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had a comfortable stay.
The AC in my room didn't work that well.

Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff; excellent restaurant both for dinner and breakfast; pale, discreet colour scheme; comfortable rooms; mini bar. The location was out of town, but with Uber it wasn't a problem: we paid € 4 euro to get to the centre, and we never waited more than 2 minutes to get one. Uber works very well in Suceava.
A very good, clean hotel with polite and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner excellent. The chef was really good. Parking outside the hotel. Spacious, quiet room.

This beautiful hotel has become an annual tradition for me. The rooms are luxurious and the restaurant is exceptional. The food is always innovative and beautifully presented. Impeccable service. Highly recommend.
