Location is good! Front of house was clean & staff were friendly

Shower floor was full of grime. Shower leaked terribly. Pool area was dirty and unmaintained, very disappointing for a summer stay.

Staff was very helpfull and explained everything. Room was very comfortable and clean would definitelt recommend.

Easy to find. appreciated the lift and parking.

Checked in just after reception closed and left early the next day - All worked very well just what we needed

could have been advised restaurant was closed.

Dirt dishes stacked under appeared to be clean one. Bed is sagging.Supposedly to have breakfast included but not avaible due to Easter weekend but the cereals are limited. One bag of cereals already been open tinny

Very old and run down for the price

The rooms were a good size and were comfortably furnished. The bed was so comfortable. There was a table and chairs, fridge, microwave, kettle and utensils in the room if you wanted to eat in. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of options to choose from. We ate in the restaurant one night and it was reasonably priced with beautiful food. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Despite being close to the highway, I didn’t hear any noise during the night. Would I stay here again - absolutely!

Quick over night stay

The first room we were put in had a musty mouldy smell and was very dusty. They moved us into a different room no problems which we appreciated. The bed in the second room really needs better sheets. They were very old and pilling.A little bit of work and this place would be nice as it was many years ago.

Very clean and comfortable room,didn’t have breakfast but had a meal the night before it was amazing very high standards.

Loved the location where there is access to alot of restaurants even though you're on a busy street. Your customer service is Amazing and the room I stayed in for the night was as expected. Nothing better than coming in from a busy work day on your travels to have access to what you need, is a shower and a great bed to sleep on and everything else that comes with it like free wifi, fridge to put your drinks and food in, microwave, iron and a blow dryer and a TV to entertain you. If you need more theres access to a pool and the restaurant downstairs or have a nice walk out.

Everything. It absolutely stunk, run down, creepy vibes and drunk road workers drinking everywhere.

Location was brilliant and easy ro find

The the shower was over the bath. As I am 80+ years old I could NOT have a shower as I could not get into the bath!!. I did not know this when I booked via booking.com don't think I would use them again.

The peacefulness.

Didn't like the colour of the pool and no kitchen sink to wash up small items.

I didn't do breakfast or dinner but did order a drink to take back to my room and the staff member was very helpful

It a shame you don't utilise the outdoor area near the pool better and have it maintained. The pool was good.The main entrance to the Motor inn needs to be maintained , weeds, lawns and rubbish off the ground in carpark.

We had a hole in the carpet and the front desk didn't know anything about it. The pool we couldn't use.

The location was good but the noise from the road wasn’t.

The fold out lounge wasn’t comfortable at all and made a noise everytime my daughter moved on it.

I thought the place was great, recently refurbished, great pool, in a good location. The manager Lawrence went above and beyond!An extremely helpful fellow! ?
