Bed was very very soft had to turn it around because I was sinking in the mattress and coffee and tea and milk was that of a 2 or 3 star motel

The room was exactly as described on the website. It was great to have a laundry to wash our clothes after a week on the road.

We stayed in room13. It took a while for the hot water to reach us when we had our showers.

Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable.

The shower took quite a while to get hot water.

So clean and very spacious room.

A little noisy between traffic n trains. If your a light sleeper take ear plugs.

Room was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The reception lady was so amazing keeping in contact and making sure we knew what to do, as we might have arrived after she left.

Very convenient and walking distance to everything.The restaurant at the property was good too.

Just found the bed very uncomfortable, too soft.

The motel is situated in the centre of town which is very convenient, and it was surprisingly quiet. Room was clean and comfortable and met our needs for an overnight stay. There is a pool but we didn’t have time to use it. We enjoyed a Chinese meal at the restaurant next door which meant we didn’t have to go far for a meal. There is also a pub directly across the street. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if in Singleton.

The bed was so comfortable.Our room was very big for a family of 4. Great location.The bathroom was very big too.The pool was nice and clean.

There are not enough power points near the beds. Only had cutlery for 2 to 3 people, which is odd because there were 4 of us.

Staff was very pleasant and efficient. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It looked like it has been upgraded as it was like new.

The bed was a little soft, but still slept well.The toilet in room 9 did have a slow water leak that continued to run.

The location is good and amble space for car parking just near to the stay.

I stayed in the apartment. The main door lock should have been little better to give a proper safety feel as especially the door is in between the shops.

Perfect stop for an overnight stay. Was clean, quiet, dark at night & the beds were super comfy.

Able to park outside door, bed was very comfortable, ground floor room, walk in shower as requested.
