Big space

Poorly appointed for an apartment. Traffic noise is unbearable. Trucks idle outside for hours at a time. As it is a convenient place for them to park. No cleaning on weekends.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, after a hiccup upon arrival they sorted everything out quickly and efficiently, very comfortable rooms and being on a main road could not hear any traffic, would stay here again.

If I have any negative issues it would be that it isn't close walking to shopping centre and that is my wrong for not checking it out at the start

Traditional country motel, but a large one. Standard room was a good size and sound proofing was excellent. The beds and lounge were very comfortable. The shower was very good. Excellent cleanliness and appreciated the paper wrapped drinking glasses. Pleasant stay and would happily return.

Couldn’t get breakfast but nearby cafe and McDonalds so not a problem

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, the rooms were clean, we had everything we needed.

Facility was really clean and tidy. Separate toilet and shower areas were a great surprise. Staff called prior to arrival to arrange a pull out bed for the kids.

Beds were very firm and uncomfortable could have had a mattress topper on it.the WIFI was woeful and kept dropping out.We were staying in the lodge while the rest of our family stayed in the motel units, would have been nice to have mini bar facilities like they did.

We stayed one night. The room and bathroom were very clean. The lady at reception was very friendly.

Comfy bed & hot showers. Room was serviced daily.Easy check in & out.

No microwave oven.

Alot of black hair in the basin, and rubbish in the sink.

Provided what I needed. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz and I’m sure had I been with others I would have ventured into the bar or restaurant.

It was fine. The food on the room service menu was quite pricey. $30 for a bowl of pasta, plus an $8 surcharge for eating in your room especially when I could order from Menulog with free delivery.There wasn’t a dropbox to leave my key when checking out and the lady on reception seemed to take delight in holding me up, despite it being obvious from my clothes I was heading to work. I’m sure she thought it was funny. Me, not so much, but I’m grumpy in the morning.Room was clean and functional.

It was in a great area.

The bed was only a small double bed. The tv didn’t work . You could only use so much wifi and then kept dropping out. The spa was in the bedroom that was mostly tiled and it was very cold.

Good shower, bed very comfy and warm. Heaps of room!

Lighting could be better. There were only 2 small down lights for a large room.

Nice and clean.

The whole place was empty yet we were allocated an upstairs room - i had recently had knee surgery and was clearly limping. staff were not that friendly or helpful when asking about eateries etc. Walked away when we were talking to her.

Cleanliness. Special mention for receptionist Kathy who was excellent.
