The front of house Arthur and partner are extremely kind and helpful.As a traveling single women I feel very safe at this hotel.It's also conveniently located.The rooms and bathrooms are clean and have everything you need."Great little hotel"

Close to the center, helpful staff above and beyond. Got all the necessary facilities in the room. Can watch YouTube and Netflix on Smart TV.

Central to where I needed to go

Two women hanging outside for door all hours of the morning talking at the table and chairs outside my window and then in the morning their children screaming and playing right outside my door early in the morning.

It was on the cheaper sideThe complimentary milks were appreciated by me and my daughter

The shower pressure was a bit hard for my daughter

The beds were very uncomfortable, and they sheets on both beds were dirty. It was very disappointing, especially the price I was charged. I do not recommend this Motel to Families.

Clean and central

It was so noisy with trucks all night long, the other guests were mostly road crews and sat outside drinking and talking loudly until all hours , this was very bad, no sleep, nobody to complain to, The staff were great but I'll never stay again

Attached restaurant food was good

Rooms are very old and need refurbishment. Bed was very short - at 177cm my feet were over the end of the bed and the bed wasn't particularly comfortable.

Bed was comfortable.shower I nearly fell going into the bathroom.

The hole place needs to be renovated

Older hotel that hasn't had a lot of work. Bats and cockatoos start at about 1am making sleep a bit of an issue.

I didn’t like anything about this motel, however the toilet and handbasin were clean.

The motel was very dated and extremely basic, however charged a premium price. It is being used as accommodation for people awaiting social security housing. The Lino floor covering was dirty and was gritty to walk on. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceilings and the exhaust fan was built up with thick brown dust. The bed was not at all comfortable and rolled across floor when I changed position in bed. There was no bedside table. There was no door to bathroom, but able to roll a mirrored wardrobe door back across the bathroom doorway. The pool was green like a frog pond, and there were piles of building rubbish in the carpark. I was shocked when I first entered the room.

Room wa2 comfortable and was furnished with a nice sofa, bed and a couple of chairs at the bench, allowing for meals and work. All staff were friendly, polite and informative. Edward, the manager must have special mention. He is a very gracious host, offering insight into the town n surrounding areas. I felt very welcome and taken care of. The location. I was in Singleton for a funeral and the church was in walking distance to the motel.

The rooms are very very out dated.. the bath room has hot pink tiles on the walls and pink and grey mosaics on the floor . The mattress needs to be replaced. One side of the mattress has collapsed so my partner felt he was going to fall out of the bed.. there are pallets and timbers stacked up in the car park .. the internet connection was beyond slow. They can’t do anything about the 1000s of bats in the part across the road from the motel. I guess they are cashing in on the contracts and workers that are in town for the mines and the bypass that is being built.
