Beautiful old building with lovely sitting areas and a veranda accessible from each room.

The bed was fairly hard.

Great character and past history. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great complimentary breakfast

Hydro is my favourite place to stay in Leeton. Filled with character, great location. And great food in the restaurant / bar. Gorgeous sunsets from the balcony with a drink. Just perfect!!!

for a grand old hotel, it was surprisingly very updated and beautiful. we have stayed there previously 20 years ago. the food was excellent, the reception and staff were friendly, the location is central to city. the a/c worked perfectly. bathroom exceeded expectations.

A decent room with breakfast ingredients well set out. I had in fact expected to be offered a cooked breakfast but that was totally out of the question.

Breakfast was fine. Continental but good selection of juices, toast etc and the opportunity to chat to other visitors. We live in a nearby town so staying at the hydro was a night away from home in an historic building. Loved the high ceilings, the bath, the wide verandahs

The hotel is great, they have done a great job keeping the essence of the old building and modernising the conveniences. Space was a good size, rooms were lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Not having a lift (although understandable) does make it a bit harder to get the luggage to the room. The deep verandah accessible by the upstairs rooms is so wonderful, the only drawback is when others are sitting out there and smoking, it comes in through the windows.

We like to stay at the Hydro Hotel when travelling to Sydney or Canberra. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and the food is great.

There was nothing we did not like.

Beautiful old building, huge rooms, great verandahs. Very comfy beds and terrific location, just a short walk to the Main Street.

Loved the beautiful old building, new bathroom in the room. Veranda off the room was large. Good size desk to work from.

The location of the Hydro was great. It was easy to find. We got a very pleasant surprise when we booked in to find that the continental breakfast was included in the price of our room.

There really was not anything that we did not like.

Wow!!! What an extraordinary hotel. Full of character. Absolutely gorgeous. Rooms very comfortable. Lots of places to sit with family and friends for a chat. Bar, restaurant, breakfast area. It wasn’t just a stay but an experience.

Bedroom was small but did open onto shared verandah (which needed upgrade eg protruding nails in floor - very basic furniture ) Needs a bit more renovation / maintenance

The heritage building is impressive and seems well-maintained. Very welcoming staff. The room was a good size for two people. The bathroom was new and very fresh. Nice view, being on the hill. We enjoyed what has been done to the water towers across the road to make them pleasant! The self-serve breakfast was a great touch, with such a huge range of cereals, breads, juices and even milks!

We were not expecting a continental breakfast supplied. It was very well appreciated and stocked. Beautifully restored old world property.
