Central location in Bathurst. Very comfortable bed. Good low budget option that includes cooked breakfast. Don't just go with the continental breakfast like we did.

Above a pub, so not good if you go to bed early. We had corner room and could hear the beeping of the pedestrian lights, but it didn't bother my sleep at all.

We stayed at the Hotel on Anzac Day. The room was basic but adequate. The Hotel was full of persons drinking and commemorating Anzac Day. The kitchen was CLOSED. I personally believe if you are a venue that is open and serving alcoholic drinks, you should have the kitchen open for basic food even. Drinking without sustenance is never advisable.

Way into hotel from rear car park, past bins.No info at barrier or in car park saying how to gain access to hotel. Not light enough with only 1 small bedside lamp but too bright with main light on.

Great pub. Clean and tidy room, comfy bed. Plenty of space. Dinner was great too!

An older style hotel that is gradually being refurbished. Rooms were clean and tidy. Bathrooms had some upgrades and freshly painted. Location in the centre makes walking to restaurants, cafes and shops easy.Breakfast included was a bonus and was ready at the time you had requested.the staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

Carpet not great in rooms but is obviously on the list to be upgraded.

Convenient for 1 night stay. Very basic room. Service on arrival was good. Street parking was available when we arrived. Kettle available in room.

We left too early for breakfast, so unable to comment on that.Bed ok, but nothing plush.

Low price, low quality, was clean and rooms were well looked after.

Noisy, because the accomodation is above a bistro. No breakfast on Sunday morning, was locked up till at least 8:15 when I gave up and left.

Room was neat and tidy! The staff were lovely and the included breakfast hit the spot!

Breakfast and staff were friendly , breakfast excellent, the only issue is the shower was a bit small am a big man and struggled with the size of the shower

We stay here regularly. Great value for money and always clean. Central location and an easy walk to events and venues.

My only gripe is that the vending machine didn't have water.

The room was very clean and the bedding was good and quite comfortable. Breakfast was good and made to order, however the order form didn't really reflect what was actually available.

Breakfast was good, but I probably would eat dinner out next time. The "chef's" idea of a steak sandwich and caesar salad were unusual, to say the least.Edible, but odd!
