    Pros +

    • Location was easy to find. Continental breakfast was delivered to room. Dinner in restaurant was excellent. Staff were very friendly.
    • The location on the main road at Roundabout made it easy to find .We needed to book the disabled room.Room was clean and a good size with both a Queen bed and a single bed ,table and chairs Bathroom was big and the fold down seat in the large shower and having a hand-held shower were very useful.Parking at the door and room being on the ground floor made access easy.Windows are double glazed and kept room quiet and warm and made sleeping easy in large comfortable bed.Hot water was great and room was air-conditioned but we didn't need it.
    • It was a very pleasant room, well equipped and super neat,

    Cons -

    • Nothing really we found the room and free on-site parking all good no complaints
    • We were in a ground floor room and there was no insulation in the ceiling and you could hear absolutely everything going on in the rooms above, including other guests' conversations, them using the bathroom and the kettle/microwave etc. When the guests above us were up very late and then up very early - so were we. It wasn't good and a little bizarre, considering the owners have gone to the effort of putting very effective soundproof glass on the windows, due to road noise, however it does not appear that consideration was given to the ceilings.............and they definitely needs soundproofing! I assume if you got an upstairs room it would be fine.
    • Some need if a little touch up.

Friendly staff. Good location, quiet and well priced breakfast.

Some need if a little touch up.

    Good location

Someone else ended up with our room so it was surprising to me that Reception did not check ID on check in. Given that we were paying $650 for a 2 nite stay - expected the room to be cleaner

    7KerryPosted on: 2-17-2025

We had a good stay! The room was spotless upon arrival, and it was cleaned again the following day, which was much appreciated. The location was perfect for our trip to the sporting ground, and we were pleasantly surprised that there was no highway noise to disturb us. The shower had great pressure and heat, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, it met my expectations.

The shower had a bit of an odor initially, and I'm not sure if it was from the drain or the water itself. Unfortunately, we had trouble with the Wi-Fi during our stay. I also would have appreciated a power point next to the bed as well as brighter lighting, though it wasn't a major issue for us overall.

    Proximity to appointment.Dinner was good

Bathroom needs replacing. Power points hard to access for next to bed.

This is my second stay & wont be last Staff friendly rooms r tidy & comfortable great for my 1 night stay

    Nothing to report

    10TaraPosted on: 1-17-2025

Very reasonably priced and good size for a large family, especially for just a quick overnight visit.

    5EmiliePosted on: 10-14-2024

The location is easily accessible, but on the main road so a little noisy. The facilities are very basic, but the mattress was comfortable enough. Bring your own pillow! Shower had decent pressure. Staff were nice about us arriving late.

The room is dark and a bit dingy. But I guess it's what you'd expect from a roadside motel. Perfectly fine for a night if you're passing through and want something cheap.

    It was I. Bathurst

Toilet didn’t work well the flusher was jammed

    5BrucePosted on: 9-30-2024

Room was pretty basic like a lot of motels. Bathroom looks as it was renovated and was quite clean and tidy although missing toilet paper. a no no.

a quick mention that room details etc was needed to use camera logon on. some meals and bar open earlier in week but not on weekends when we stayedsilly little sachets of milk

    8PamelaPosted on: 9-29-2024

Our room was warm and comfortable, with all the expected basics provided. The bathroom was not large but the shower was excellent. Plenty of hot water, instantly. Parking at the door. Our ground floor room was very quiet.

Next time we would choose a hotel closer to the centre of town, to be closer to restaurants and cafes.

    8RyanPosted on: 9-22-2024

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs.

Location is a little out of town centre but perfectly fine for my needs.

    10LavapiePosted on: 9-18-2024

I like how spacious our room was and the bed is big and comfortable. The bloke at the reception was friendly and kind. Will definitely come back and stay here if we come to Bathurst.

Can hear some people screaming from upstairs but its okay.

Manager was very helpful. Room was clean

Extremely noisy location with truck movements throughout the night

    1SamuelPosted on: 8-1-2024

    Bad

They accused an elderly woman and her grandchildren of stealing blankets. Apparently it happens a lot there so the owners think they can accuse innocent people. They obviously don't check or clean the rooms properly. A ring was found on the floor which was left on the bedside table. This shows the room wasn't vacummed or wasn't vacuumed efficiently.

It was nice and clean and when i went to book in they gave me an upgraded room without asking would go back again

    5MichellePosted on: 7-24-2024

It was well situated for our trip to Bathurst. Easy to find and met our needs. It had good heating and the room was a good layout.

The female owner was rude and yelling at her partner in front of me when I first arrived. It could have been cleaner, microwave needed a clean and the whole place needed more attention to overall cleanliness. The towels weren’t replaced on the third day of our stay after we put them outside the door. I later had to ask twice for them to be replaced. There was no tea towel or cleaning products to rinse and dry dishes with. The walls were thin and there was lots of noise from the adjoining room.
