Pros +
- Great location, clean room , comfortable beds, complimentary drink at local RSL with a meal purchase there.
- Staff were friendly. Nice big rooms clean and comfortable
- We did an overnight stay here during our Sydney-Orange road-trip and we booked two rooms for two families. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Even though the property was built in 2002, and later renovated in 2025, the entire property is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The rooms are furnished with modern furniture and comfortable beds. Highly recommended for families. Heritage Inn is always going to be my first choice next time we visit Bathurst.
Cons -
- internet connection can be better.
- Having to follow up check in process. Crack in the front bedroom wall and no mirrors in the bedrooms.
- Laundry amenities (that we pay for on top of the accommodation) were left full of items that destroyed my clothes - pen, key lanyards, the seed from a stone fruit. Needs to be cleaned out regularly. Was told by staff I would be contacted by management regarding it but never heard anything.

Spacious, clean and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to shops/restaurants. Lovely staff.
We comfortably walked into town, day and evenings to window shop and evening meals. Enjoyed meals at local RSL and the Irish Pub.
Beds were awesome. Close to courts for event. Clean and quiet. Staff were just beautiful
Super comfy beds, clean and has everything you need during a stay!

I would have liked some green tea or something that was not black tea. An option would have been nice. Positive note staff were very kind and friendly, made you feel important and safe.
Very friendly staff. Very clean, tidy & well maintained. Very comfortable bed.
Staff friendly helpful Room clean Great location.
The staff couldn’t get over the fact that even though I’d booked and paid it “didn’t show up in the system”. The staff member assisting next to us was so loud that I couldn’t hear what I was being asked but chastised me when I didn’t have my physical credit card on me to pay for any “purchases” which I didn’t want. Poor standard.
Reception was friendly and helpful. The motel was walking distance from the RSL club. Rooms were clean and comfortable and parking was good. Would stay again or recommend to people travelling to Bathurst.
Friendly staff, clean, neat and tidy. Great location.
Nothing. Suggestion…some bedside table lamps would be helpful. ☺️
Quick check in
Phone in room doesn’t work, rude cleaning staff
Clean, great location and very helpful staff
The service given by Margaret and Katrina was great. They were communicative, helpful and friendly. The family room we had was very clean and comfortable. We all slept very well. We’ll definitely make Heritage Inn our go to when we next visit Bathurst. The location is right in town and close to everything.
Easy check-in, parking, access and clean room.
Coffee selection
Immaculate room with beautiful comfy beds and pillows. Reception staff were lovely. Definitely 10/10 would stay again!
Room was clean and beds comfortable
The air con was right above the bed and it blew on our heads all night
