Check-in was smooth and easy, staff was friendly and ready to assist.

Walls were too thin, I could hear other guests talking and snoring in their rooms.

I felt completely ripped off for the price, an absolute joke!

Small and dirty, paper thin walls, in extreme need of an update

The room was tidied and new towels provided. Good location close to town. Parking outside. Air con worked.

Price was over $500 a night due to local soccer competition which is truly outrageous for the room. This room was small and felt dirty (floor was sticky - I told my kids to avoid taking their shoes off), and although we were not not expecting an amazing place, this was not a pleasant place to stay.

Spoke to Reception about faulty TV Remote. Problems turning tv on and off. Also mentioned a chair needed minor repairs

The fridge froze my soy milk solid, was noisy and leaked some water.I couldn't use the hard pillows.The price was over 300 per night for one person probably due to soccer weekend.

We were told that we could park anywhere but when we arrived back that night there was no where for us to park. We had to park on the street.

It was very clean, receptionist was lovely and helpful.

The floors were a little creaky but the room was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Location

The property had bugs coming up through the kitchen sink etc, which were flying all over the house like fruit flies. The dishwasher wasn’t unpacked and there was dirty linen found in a cupboard. Pictures were better than the property. Would never pay this much money to stay there ever again. Will not stay at this Hotel ever again! There was also a camera at the front of the property.

The shower was broken, terrible pressure and more water came out of the wall then the shower head. The TV did not work ( husband had to fix the aerial to get DTV)The smaller TV in 2nd room was a smart tv but was located way too high, so could not comfortably watch it. Online claimed breakfast was included with the price but upon arrival it was $5 per person and opened at 8am not convenient for early birds

Friendly team and very clean motel. 3 minutes drive from the center. Ideal with the doggy.

Great place to stay with our small dog, it’s hard to travel or weekends away without pet friendly places. Great hot shower, comfortable bed.Handy walk to the service station. Would stay here again.

A great place to stay with my little dog. Central but suburban and so lots of grassy places to walk a dog.

Melissa, the staff member who served us, was amazing. Nothing was a problem. She was generous and knowledgeable. We would come back and stay again just because of her service. The rooms are interesting the set up is not what we are used to. However, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the air-conditioning worked, and the shower was hot with great flow! The breakfast offered was simple but great, cost-effective, and great value for money. The dining room was clean and well set up, and the garden and BBQ area was a highlight.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean and tidy, which made it easy to relax. The staff were amazing—always friendly, polite, and considerate, and they greeted us with big smiles every time. One detail I loved was how they even reminded us to be careful because the floor had just been mopped—shows how thoughtful they are.All the basics were well taken care of. Utilities were more than enough, and the staff made sure things like toilet paper, coffee, and tea bags were topped up every day without us even asking.Overall, it felt welcoming and hassle‑free. Would definitely stay again. Just a heads‑up: the property photos were taken on Day 2 after the staff had already tidied the room. By then we’d used it a bit, so it looks slightly lived‑in.

The stay was overall pleasant. The room itself is a standard motel room, with some wear and tear as expected, but it was kept clean and comfortable. One small tip: some of the beds are roller beds (we didn't snap a photo of the other room), so don’t lean against the wall while sitting on the bed, otherwise it might slide.

Pet friendly accommodation that was clean and doesn't smell.
