The motel was very central and quiet. There was plenty of parking.

Great bed , everything you need for a stay including iron and ironing board, micro wafe toaster hair dryer cutlery plates mugs etc big tv, split system a/c windows that opened for fresh air , big shower space etc etc

The bed was very comfy and the room surprisingly spacious! I had unknowingly booked the suite with added sofa bed which wasn't needed, but even with it made, the room was still roomy enough for our 1 year old to crawl around and play. The shower was spacious and the water pressure was good. Having a microwave in the room, although we didn't use it, is a great thing to have and something I was glad to see! The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

The air conditioner in the room, while it heated the room perfectly, was very loud. It also had an intermittent whirring sound. We had to periodically turn it off so we could enjoy the movie we were watching.

It was clean updated room.

The air conditioning didn’t heat the room. There wasn’t enough tea/coffee/sugar in the room when arrived. We needed more milk on our 2nd night and felt like we weren’t entitled to any more.

The room was quiet and clean, in a very convenient location. The swipe card access to the hallway added an extra sense of security, which I really appreciated.

I'm not complaining, but the fragrance in the room reminded me of the scent commonly used in public toilets in China. I understand this isn't the hotel's fault—just a personal association.

Room was comfortable and convenient. Parking great as well.

Shower floods the bathroom as it is a walk in but as long as you're careful it isn't an issue.

Had been upgraded but access to shower was dangerous and difficult. In spa bath which was higher than my knees! Very nervous trying to not fall trying to get in bath to shower! Middle Aged with stiff knees…

Location, comfortable, clean

No restaurant, no room service, no tea/coffee facilities in room, reception opens at 8am. 7am would be more helpful. The Mantra (previous owner) provided all of the above. And Mantra was much cheaper too.

Clean and tidy with good communication. Bed was rock hard however.

Super comfy bed. Big smart TV. Very clean. Parking at the door. Serviced daily. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water for the shower. Very quiet despite being on a major round about. Great value for money.

Queen bed very uncomfortable. Could not sleep well as a result. Should be replaced.Fridge also noisy all night.Milk in fridge 3 months out of date. Very noisy position due to traffic all night on roundabout.

the room was as clean and comfortable and we had a nice walk into town from there. Staff were friendly & efficient. Good parking.

Our room was next to the security door which provided access to all the 2nd floor rooms. We were woken by people coming and going because of this, so recommend asking for a different room.

Bathroom, in particular the shower and toilet where not clean.Only one chair to sit in, in room.

Checking was terrible the lady who does the afternoon checking should learn to listen , she confused me with another guess with same name and event do every question she asked me I had a different answer she wasn’t willing to hear me out no even willing to check my booking number and ID , and when she realised her mistake didn’t take accountability for it and blame me for her mistake .The room have a lot of humidity and I could spot some bugs in the room,
