Beds comfortable, clean and tidy Bathroom good size, great shower.

No comfy chairs, no kitchen facilities, really only coffee making, did have small fridge. had to wash dishes in bathroom sink which is unacceptable. Water pipes very noisy from other units.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable

Not even a biscuit provided for the cheapo coffee. First motel ever to not give at least that. No bottled water and tap water was disgusting. Totally overpriced for what was provided. Local TV stations only and no smart TV to access your own cable services. Bathroom was functional and the fridge was tiny

Clean, well maintained and comfortable. We’ve stayed here before because it’s dog friendly but the dog friendliness doesn’t mean a drop in the rooms standards.

Nothing, we will keep staying there as long as it’s on our route

Scrupulously clean. Very friendly and responsive staff. Older property but so well kept. Great spot with our dog and we were joined by the owner's labrador.Walk to the Henry Parkes Centre.

Nothing to complain about

Good supply of kitchen crockery and utensils as well as bathroom commodities and sprays. Nice beds and good wifi

A bit confusing with the painted arrow signs on the ground at the entrance so we entered via the back road Just needed a bit of shelf/ cupboard space in the bathroom to place our toiletries ( Bathroom was spacious) but no big deal

Not staying again

Plumbing was terrible...Basin tap dripped constantly, toilet bowl filled to the brim each time it was flushed and took ages to go down.When other rooms used their showers/toilets...Water splashed up our toilet..Glugging away very loudlyCarpet was stained. Powerpoint above basin was broken and taped over.

Check in was simple, property was clean and pricing was fair. No major issues. I really enjoyed the information book on where to eat and go.

Felt as if the mattresses need upgrading as we sunk into them quite a bit. Front door of motel room needs replacing.

The worst motel I stayed in the last 10 years

Dirty towel, when we advise the staff, he didn’t seems to care, the airco unit was so noisy.

The room was neat, clean, comfortable, quiet & close to all town amenities. Would happily stay again when passing through Parkes.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Good shower and aircon . Rooms have all u want comfy bed lounge and a dining table and it is pet friendly

I must say the bathroom was dated and the room itself was very ordinary. Sorry to complain but the price I didn't think it was value for money.

The bed had a mattress topper on it which was way to soft, we barely slept and both got up with a sore back from it.Last time we stayed it was a nice firm mattress.The carpets in the room were very dirty and the towels had all bleach stains on them.Husband got attacked by a dog staying in another room as we were preparing to leave, the dog came rushing at him from 3 or 4 rooms away, he started to shout at it and it slowed, the owner then called it off.

Familiar place as a family friend used to own this motel

Would of liked to see more attentiveness to room cleaning - most if not all places i have be stayed at would at least come in every second day for a turnover service, empty rubbish ect ect ect. However staff did come around on the Sunday to offer fresh towels and toilet paper top up

Convenient location with parking. Comfortable bedding.

Air con struggled to cool separate bedroom, however it was nearly 40 degrees

The loud early people leaving at 7am Saturday morning but no fault on the motel ?

Was nice and quiet, clean rooms and pool.

A little far from shops but only a short drive away.
