The care of the staff Even though they where fully booked they kept in touch waiting for a cancelation

This company took our money even when the motel was fully booked We where lucky to get a room due to a cancelation 5 mins before they closed

Looks and feels like a 70's motel that has never had anything done to it.

The room. The outside. Almost everything. Linen was clean, but the room was worn out and the outside was grimey and shabby. People with mobility issues would struggle to get into the shower space. Sliding door to bathroom had massive gap on both sides. TV controller battery cover was damaged and kept falling off - I'd say it's been like that for a long time - reflects the level of maintenance of the whole place. Compared to other motels on our trip, this was by far the worst and worst value for money.

The bed was good, and the location was close to the function we were attending.

Bathroom cleanliness was very poor, along with the light switch hanging out of the wall on the wires & the basin tap only held in place by the connecting water hoses. Previous occupants pubic hairs on the toilet & floors haven't had a proper clean in years with dust and scum buildup around the walls.

Manager very friendly and gave thumbs up to eat at nearby Railway Hotel...great service and food catered for vegetarian which is a bonus.Attention needed to net curtains which are torn. Hand basin too small for filling kettle and washing up but as bathroom is very small cannot see a way around this.On the positive ..... the shower was absolutely fabulous....plenty of hot water and powerful.Would stay again.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and well stocked. We had the pet friendly room which is a great service for people travelling with their pets.

The place was a little older but clean and comfortable also not far from plenty of food outlets.

Signage could be better. Tree branch covering sign as you drive into town, light is dull.

Room was situated by the highway and truck drivers used the horn and frightened us.

The man at reception was super friendly and hospitable. The rooms had things for working travellers such as an electric frypan and the utensils to cook with it

It was a comfortable unit which we used for one night. There was also onsite parking.

I slept in the car. You force us to pay in advance with no chance of a refund.This motel had a four star rating. Absolut

The rooms are great for one to two people self contained great water flow and hotwater is great very clean staff are very friendly recommend a stay really good value

I didn’t really take in much as we checked in around 6:30pm was dark by the time we got there but the room was suitable for our family

Not much to dislike it did what we needed
