Parking was good outside of room. Owner was friendly.

The hotel met expectations. No issues to speak of.

running late for check in due to travel times - the gentleman who answered the phone was great - very accommodating and made it easy to get into my room after the reception was closed. Loved the squeegee buckets outside each room to clean the Hay plains off the windscreen !

Room was very spacious, clean and staff were super friendly. Location was great and easy to find and got parked right outside the door! Was very impressed with how clean the room was!

the bus arrival of people who then dragged their suitcases and chatted loudly passed everyone's windows not caring that people were clearly in bed sleeping, No fault of the Motel at all, nothing bad to say about them!

Great spot for an overnight (or longer!) stay. Clean, well appointed rooms. Good parking. Perfect for overnight stop when driving from Sydney to Adelaide.

There isn't a kids playground, yet on the page it is advertised with a kids playground. Could hear rats in the roof space at night

The person at reception to check-in was stern and not suited to hospitality industry customer service. The elderly gentleman who collected the keys was very nice.

The kitchen area bench is too high for short people, needs to be lower.

Very clean and comfortable room and the man at reception was super friendly and made me feel so welcome. Little touches like the windscreen cleaning equipment at each room were so thoughtful. I frequently stay in Hay overnight when driving from Adelaide to NSW coast and this is the best motel stay so far, particularly considering value for money. Will definitely come again.

Location, staff, room size and amenities. Great bistro at the pub 2 doors down, reasonable prices big meals and great breakfast across the road at the bakery.

Not much it's a fine establishment

The owners were very welcoming, particularly since we arrived lateish. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and generally a very pleasant room. The owner advised us of a good place to eat - 20 paces down the road - and provided us with other helpful information. The rooms have obviously been recently renovated and are very attractive.

We had room 15, round the back so away from the street traffic. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Easy walk to the hotel for a nice dinner.

It can't be fixed but somewhere to put a toiletry bag would be good. Small spaces I acknoweldge are difficult to fit this in.

This was a lovely hotel in Hay. Very quiet. The room was clean and the shower hot! This is not a luxury hotel but great value for money. The staff were lovely - let us in the room even though we arrived early. A very handy position - walking distance to the pub for dinner -( recommend the crumbed cutlets!) and to the nicest cafe / bakery across the road (delicious) . We stayed to and from our road trip to Adelaide.
