Conveniently located on Hay’s main street, offering a comfortable bed, clean room, fresh towels, strong hot water, and a reasonably sized space—ideal for an overnight stay.

Small, cramped bathroom and outdated appliances (working though).

The painting in the room was lovely. The rooms were a little small for four people to fit with luggage.

The TV had no channels and it was difficult to connect to the Wifi. All necessities when you've travelled a really long time with children.

A clean motel room after a long car trip. The motel was close to town and suited a father/son overnight stay.

No milk in the fridge to accompany the tea/coffee that was provided.

Nice clean room, good value for money, quiet location.

Parking was congested when all rooms filled up - cars were parked in the middle of the parking lot making reversing out slightly difficult - not a detraction, just an observation

Pillow cases had stains on them plus the top sheet on double bed also had stains The floor in the room had not been swept so still had food on floor

The motel has been nicely renovated. It is clean, and the staff is friendly. The location is in the center of Hay.

Clean and quiet. with good access to power and WiFi.

Property has been given an upgrade. Rooms and bathrooms have a contemporary look now. The host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

There was slight vibration noise when passing trucks go through the Main Street.

Staff were friendly. Simple functional accommodation.

Noisy, paper thin walls

Nothing the room was dirty , linen not clean , room full of bugs

The manager said he would upgrade us from a budget room to a standard room . We think he downgraded us to an old dirty room that was below budget standard

Very clean, well presented and staff had great communication.

The car park was very tight when full and guests who have large trucks should park out on the road or out the back. Was like being woken by a freight train when they left before 6am.

Convenient location and friendly staff.

Parking 30m away for upstairs room was very inconvenient. Slanted floor was a tripping hazard.

Nothing the room was clean and tidy and had everything I needed

Stylish, spacious and comfortable. Checking in was good, considering we arrived early on a very hot day. The air conditioner unit worked very well.

The fluorescent light above the kitchen area needs replacing as it is a dark area.

Very dirty.Linen stained.Pool surrounds dirty and unkept.Room door didn’t lock properly.

This motel is in a good location in the middle of the main street in Hay. The shower water was strong and good temperature but needs a bit of door repair. The beds were clean and pretty comfortable. The TV was being weird and the owner was quick to fix it and explain why it was happening. They are making improvements with new TVs throughout, new blinds and bed linens.

Unfortunately, a roach crawled into our room just before we checked in so that was the first thing I saw :( The bathroom needs towel hooks and some deep cleaning. The shower door doesnt stay closed so you end with water everywhere. Would be good to have some dishwashing soap in the room.
