Port Lincoln Hotel

We had a wonderful family stay that exceeded our expectations. The oceanfront rooms were comfortable with beautiful views, the location was excellent with everything easily accessible, and the breakfast was exceptional with great variety and quality. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Everything was great overall. It would have been even more convenient to have a common microwave available on each floor, as it can be handy for warming food for toddlers during odd hours. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great Restaurant/Bar, beautiful view, right in the heart of town. Close to the Jetty, restaurants and pubs. The pool area is beautiful - overlooking Boston Bay. Friendly and helpful staff & lovely clean rooms.

The bed was so comfortable. I love the quality of the pillows and linen. A very very comfortable nights sleep!

The pool was nice. Really enjoyed the sports bar for a drink, cricket & some dinner. Staff and Service were fantastic!

Good location. Has everything you'd expect. Great to watch New Year Eve fireworks from balcony of our ocean view room!

The shower floor tiles are so slippery that it is actually dangerous. I placed a floor mat inside to shower. I suggest you consider a fenestrated mat in each shower. The breakfast options were ordinary.

Booking .com gave us no information about the pool and gym being closed . On arrival the hotel was aware that outside cleaning was been done and areas would be closed and had informed guests .If we had been made aware we would have booked a different days .Very disappointed in Booking .com lack of communication.

Spacious room overlooking ocean. Good meals served in restaurant. Friendly staff. Make a good espresso martini.

Went in for the shark tour. No luck, but that just means I'll have to come back and stay at this wonderful hotel again. Beautiful town with lovely view of the water. Delicious restaurants and ease of transport.

I booked via booking.com for a total amount but because you pay at the location the add the debit surcharge fee which I felt a little unfair

The bed was comfortable

The view wasn't that great (considering it was meant to be ocean view and i paid a lot for the room), the windows were dirty, the balcony glass was dirty (could barely see through it), the TV wasn't a smart TV.

Food was delicious, workers were well manured and respectful, and very considerate of the kids

Parking was fine up until someone parked on an angle over the line so the last spot available was almost impossible to get into. but thats at no fault of the hotels just some horrible Parker.

View was lovely, bed was very comfortable, and the room service meals were excellent.

Balcony chairs too low for oldies with bad knees! Dining chairs in the room too high to be comfortable!

Casual meals in Sharkys and Bayview both good. The sea view was lovely.

The car park spaces in the hotel car park are narrow and it is difficult to avoid opening car doors onto adjoining vehicles, particularly when my physically disabled adult grandson was getting in or out the car.The hotel car park has only allocated two disabled car spaces. Although we have a parking permit for disabled parking more often than not we were forced into a small "regular" park which caused a lot of discomfort for my grandson.

Staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as great as it was. The food was great, location is central to anything you need in port lincoln, we could walk everywhere. All round great experience. I will definitely be back.

Asked if we could have a late checkout (noon, so +2hrs) as being Anzac Day, no shops were open until noon. Was advised it wasn’t a problem and that the hotel can accommodate the request. Was then charged extra for the late check out, although this was not advised when the request was made. There was no need to charge, as cleaners were not up to our room by then. Being a repeat customer, with more than a dozen stays here, I think it was greedy to charge extra. Disappointing end to a nice stay. Staff need to be transparent with additional costs.

Overall stay was wonderful, Breakfast was very good. Overall vibes was fantastic however we felt it would be even wonderful if 2 bottle of drinking water was provided complementary.
