Hospitality Kalgoorlie, SureStay by Best Western

Room size was huge, bathroom also big. Had everything we needed and more. Pool was big and very clean. Complementary breakfast was exceptional and such a nice change. With so much choice.

Shower curtain is not something I like in a motel, ascetic is a little dated but well made. Needs cutlery and crockery. Mugs not tea cups.

Provided an overnight stay for what I needed. Staff were friendly and the meals provided at the inhouse restaurant were very good. Room was nice and quiet.

It was a bit out of the way but easily accessible by car or taxi. Approx 20 minute walk to shopping centre.

The bed and shower were barely acceptable.

The onsite restaurant was a disgrace. The buffet food was reheated Philipino food of a very low standard. Most of those in the restaurant at the same time as us were mine workers on contract. The food was unacceptable to most I spoke to, but they had no choice as it was what their employer had paid for, I assume.To call this a restaurant was wrong. Interesting that all the restaurant staff and the reception staff were Philipino, who thought the food was acceptable. No doubt they took the leftovers home at the end of their shift.I booked this motel after viewing the Booking.com site and seeing that there was a restaurant with what looked like a good menu. That menu was not available and the only food was this very disappointing buffet.Frankly if this is the best Hospitality Kalgoorlie can offer, I will never be back and I will certainly be advising all my contacts.

The SureStay Hotel was situated outside Kalgoolie city on the highway, the room and bed was comfortable, and clean.

Dining facilities were limited, and bookings were required, or you needed to drive into town to eat.

Very clean, friendly and good value for money. The continental breakfast is very good - great range!

The place is starting to show its age and could do with some structural work, but given the price this is not a big deal :)

They up-graded us to an executive suite but as it was upstairs we declined, but the thought was appreciated.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable - the staff were friendly - the venue meet my needs for a one night stay only. the breakfast was adequate as part of the room price.

The facility is dated as I anticipated, thought the price was a little high given the age of the facility - but I appreciated it was racing round and supply v demand.

The room was comfy and quite big, location was a bit out of town so was quiet.

Difficult to find safe entrance on arrival. The windows of the unit let in a huge draft.

The location was good. Dinner in restaurant was really nice.

The pool was very dirty , the aircon was old and making vibration sound , there was also a weird sewerage smell...outside in carpark

Comfortable and clean accommodation which was good value for money. Complimentary used of Laundry facilities was much appreciated. Continental breakfast was a bonus.

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like.

Comfortable motel with good tv and great bed and heating

Dryer free but unfortunately it's not working well . Must be costing a fortune in electricity for the motel . Probably worth upgrading to save bill

Limited parking for extra cars

Nice clean basic motel style accommodation. On a Main Street but we had a back unit so the noise did not bother us. Great breakfast included.

Pricey for what you get but then I’d say that about the whole of Kalgoorlie.

Staff and location were great. Bed was comfortable

We were in room 9. There was an unpleasant drain smell and the curtain lining was rotted and looked very tatty

The room was very comfortable and the bed was awesome. The bed also had awesome sheets and we had an excellent night sleep.

The swimming pool was a bit cold and you need more Uber out there.

Nice place to stay on Main Street. Included breakfast. Stayed in a superior room.

The normal rooms looked ordinary.
