Quiet bedroom, so even though there was a screaming baby next door we couldn't hear it when we went to bed.

We booked a king room with a balcony, but the "balcony" was just the landing that all rooms opened up onto, we couldn't sit out there.

Paid extra for complementary breakfast only to be told on weekends its continental served, rocked up girl at counter gave me a map highlighted my room told me we're to go with my car no directions or anything, got to my room and found 5 dead blow flies in the bathroom floor and window near toilet ? have video for proof

The room is very comfortable and the kitchenette is well equipped once you know it's just a microwave. There are toiletries provided and daily housekeeping.

I had booked a package which included a late checkout. I had to chase this as part of the package and the staff were clearly not happy that I had this included. In fact, I was hasseled on the day of checkout to see why I hadn't checked out even through it was an hour before the agreed time. I also thought it was mean of the facilities to insist that "Breakfast included" only means continental even though a full breakfast was available on the buffet. An unnecessary meanness I thought.

The villa floors were not clean especially behind doors in bathroom dust and hair Had to wash plates before using them

Restaurant staff were amazing and good value for money rooms were very comfortable

Good size room but noisy with share door to adjacent unit letting in noise. Good pool.

Poor service from staff member at check in. Sent away abruptly. No effort put in to offer alternatives. Could have sat by pool instead of just come back later. When I returned, same receptionist was slow, barely competent and unhelpful. Made the whole experience disappointing.

Great apartment, very comfortable

There weren’t any appartments with a bath and single beds on the ground floor. Gutters were over flowing everywhere. Very dangerous for my son on crutches. Was a waterfall right at our door, running down the stairs. Didnt find the staff in the office very friendly.

breakfast was not what we expected first told chef was sick so only continental told we could get a credit if we wanted to go elsewhere for a cooked breakfast then told only continental on weekends on check out denied a credit obviously staff make up answers on the spot or dont talk to each other

Car was covered in bird droppings in morning. Don’t park under a tree! No where to clean it off.

Lovely staff and the cleaners were amazing! The place was so clean and fresh and they were very kind and friendly

Be great to have e-bikes to hire

Good security although I noticed a visitor got into the place at 430am arguing with possible miner about work conditions using bad language and visitor parked in handicap in correctly. He departed 30 minutes later

Pillows were hard but that's a minor thing. We could have asked for others but didn't. Check in was really slow. Maybe streamline as there were 3 waiting to check in and it took over 20 minutes.

Staff were courteous and helpful. The villas are fairly new and well furnished.

The continental breakfast was a let down. There were not a lot of options and definitely not enough to serve the customers. There was some waiting involved and what we eventually got did not seem as good value for the money spent.
