Discovery Parks - Kalgoorlie Goldfields

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room, whilst clean, is in need of a little work in terms of new curtaining and a few extra bits and pieces in the kitchen. It is designed for 2 people but there are times when more than 2 plates, or 2 knives etc are required.

Very clean. Generously sized cabin. Comfortable beds. Laundry on site.

Small bathroom.

The property was exceptionally clean. Check in was easy. The park is quiet and has amazing facilities.

Old run down cabin. Leaking toilet. Stove doesn’t work properly. Shower water pressure was extremely poor

That we could get a booking last minute

The blockout backings of the curtains of all cabins i saw were perished. In our cabin the handrail fell off in bathroom. They are ok sizewise (standard cabin) but not at all value for money considering we got one in Norseman for half the price and same size a few days ago. Beds were comfy though and it was relatively quiet for a busy park.

Convenient location, reasonable price, clean, well equipped cabin, fully self contained, pleasantly surprised with the airfryer oven. This accommodation totally met our expectations.

Place was very clean and quiet. There was a swimming pool. It was not heated, but other than that it was great

This isn't a major criticism. The place was old. It would have been better if the unit was new, but for the price I paid it was to be expected

The location was good

The room was outdated, needed updating, but worst of all smelt of urine, the single bed was unable to be slept on as it was used probably as a couch- could feel the bed frame through the mattress

The security, doors/window locks etc. Sitting lounge terrible.

A little pricey compared to everything else we stayed in. Particularly because it's only Kalgoorlie not the coastal area

The location was great. The beds were comfortable and all basic amenities were provided.

The wifi wasn't great so we couldn't watch TV. And the outdoor light wasn't working.

The cabin was clean, comfortable bed. Aircon. Good bathroom - had everything we needed on our stay.

Very well kept park

When we arrived there was a presence of ants in both the kitchen & bathroom that we cleaned up but they kept coming back during our stay.

I use this location nearly every time I come to Kalgoorlie, it is always clean and it is convenient.

I would prefer to have a lodging with space to set up a work station as the donga I was in just didn't have enough room. That said, it was all that was available.

It was one of the best parks iv stayed in. This park was very clean & well maintained. The cabin was very clean & comfy. Well done to all staff that maintain this park. Would definitely recommend.

Originally the price but was not worth it in the end.

A-frames are old, dusty and creek with wind gusts. We endured 2 nights there and won't be coming back.

Uncomfortable bed and paid for a room with WiFi and the WiFi reception was very poor, could not get on once !!!!

Needed more plants ,trees .shade over outside chairs to sit under too hot

I don’t stay in caravan parks very often so this was a new but enjoyable experience. Interesting location on the Main Street of Boulder and a short drive to the Kalgoorlie side. The double bed was comfortable but the single bed wasn’t really suitable for an adult. The pool looked very inviting. There were enough cooking appliances and utensils to make simple meals. Surprisingly quiet. Very close to the Superpit lookout which unfortunately was closed when we were there. Great place for families to stay.

The single bed wasn’t great. The bathroom window needed a curtain over it.

The pool was very refreshing, the room was clean and cool.
