This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies / Leaver's Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Groups of guests under the age of 25 must let the property know in advance by using the Special Requests box at the time of booking, as conditions apply. Booking must be made by the person who will be accommodating the unit. On arrival the guests whose name the booking is in must provide identification by drivers license an also provide names of all other adults staying with them. At all times guests must consider other guests to avoid any impact and annoyance. To minimize the chance of annoyance to other guests we have a No Party Policy.
