Nice fitted out room

Safety no staff after hours or securityOnly 1 lift working. Fire alarm at midnight no fire wardens or staff to assist evacuation. Left on street without any guidance or explanation. Second false alarm this week.

Bed was super comfy and hotel was in great location. Room was clean and tidy and nice view of the ocean.

Room clean and spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable.

The room was spotless clean the staff very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect would highly recommend

Unfortunately the pool was not heated we couldnt swim it was too cold and our room window looked out at the roof there was no view from that room

Disappointing

We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with the swimming pool which is the reason we have gone back there four times now! Unfortunately it was just too cold for anyone to enjoy it and nobody would heat it for us. We weren't the only family there that felt this way.We will.find somewhere else to stay next time!!!

Great location walking distance to shops, takeaway food and cafes and a choice of local pubs aroundThe pool inside was a bonus too!Enjoyed the buffet breakfast, great selection of food and drinks, really nice restaurant to sit in, cool and calming atmosphere, will certainly stay again.

The air con very noisy, and you couldnt adjust it?Sliding door could do with a good clean?Did notice they skimp on the soap and milk supplies

Breakfast Had A Great Variety. Dinner Was Excellent But Very Big Proportions. Swimming Pool Was Nice And Cool. Spa Very Relaxing. Upgrade In Pool Area Is Great.

The bed was firm which was uncomfortable, all hotels I’ve stayed at are medium to suit the majority of people; no warnings about the uneven floor so a trip hazard

Great pillows and a lovely comfortable bed. Spacious comfortable room with a long desk, roomy bathroom and a small balcony. Good room temperature controls and shower pressure - important! Plus bottled water and nibbles. Good room service and lovely meals. Attentive staff. The location was also really good, a short walk to the beach, foreshore, lookout tower, shops, cafes and restaurants. It was nice walking everywhere.

I asked for a room with a view and my question was never replied to. The view I had was of 2 carparks. The balcony table legs were rusted completely through at the base. I wouldn't trust anything remotely heavy on it. There were people screaming really loudly around the pool area one afternoon and the sound carries all around the atrium, it was disturbing.

No complaints - it was all very good and catered to our needs for a quick overnighter on the way home.

Because it was a long weekend prices were increased exceptionally and no upgrade was offered Eg breakfast

Not much to like about this hotel apart from leaving in the morning which then I even had to wait 25mins for any assistance at the desk.

Staff was rude, demanded $200 deposit during stay even though all paperwork states $100. Room was not clean. Hot day/night and AC did not work in rooms. Even water was not free but easy missed as only on a small note. Parking was near impossible. Indoor pool was so highly chlorinated that the atrium caused burning eyes.

Key card to get in room didn't work twice.Not enough varieties of complimentary tea's.Barhroom grout dirty and no exaust fan.

Ants in toilet in the foyer area...some of the restaurant stuff were incompetant...toilet didnt flush well in our apartment

The air-conditioning - even though it was on cool I got hot need to update a very old system

The breakfast was delish

The pool was unable to be swum in as it was freezing. When I left the hotel at 11am the second day they had received three complaints about the pool. I complained about it the day I arrived 3.30pm and was told that the maintenance people were fixing it and it does not take long to warm up and should be warm enough in an hour. Went down in the hour and still freezing. Went down at 6.30 and it was still freezing. Complained again . Very disappointed . I had come here for my birthday and the main feature was the pool to be swum in as we had just come back from three nights camping.
