Good location, clean, comfortable bed, good parking.

Quite dated, big unusable spa bath inside the bedroom, no breakfast.

The location is great.

The place could use a better cleaning, bathroom filter was full of dust and the balcony door dirty as well. Additionally, it would be good to have a proper doona rather than a flat sheet and a blanket on the top as we know these blankets don't get washed every time.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

The building is in need of repair. Our room was very old, Needs a total renovation

We have stayed at the Clifton often when we come to Bunbury for Medical or other appointments. The rooms are always thoroughly clean and tidy.

The parking is a little bit cramped and not all guests park in the appropriate car park for their unit.

Big bed. Receptionist friendly and welcoming

Hotel very dated and scruffy. Smelt musty. Inadequate toiletries Description of courtyard misleading it was a row of chairs in a concrete corridor. Not value for money

The room included the expected motel essentials such as a hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities, kettle and a small fridge, all of which were adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, with Jo’s Curry House only a (150m or so) short walk away for dinner.

Only a small remaining roll of toilet paper was provided, which was slightly inconvenient. The room also had a mild musty smell on arrival, though this cleared after the air conditioning had been running for a short time.

Great location - easy access to beach and main eating/entertainment districts; helpful staff. Great value for money

Really liked everything except I couldn't find a switch to turn off the balcony light. NB property is getting a bit old but is still quite functional

We have stayed here a few times now and we will keep coming back for more stays. The staff were so lovely, the location is great, my son had a great time in the pool

WiFi was spotty sometimes... thats literally the only downside and its more to do with being in bunbury than it is the hotel.

It was clean beds were comftable curtains were good block out.

Lighting wasnt the greatest and the tv was way to small for the size of the room.

Rooms need to be updated as furnishings and fittings are outdated, however, the beds were comfortable which is the most important for me.

Parking was a little far away as we also had our adult son with a disability with us, however we managed.Also feel that a BBQ area is necessary as the beach BBQ's were not clean or maintained.

The staff were really friendly and the rooms a very spacious, clean and tidy.The parking is so convenient, has a security system, gives you peace of mind knowing your vehicle is safe.
