Discovery Parks - Bunbury Foreshore

Up to date villa type accommodation - 3 bedroom -

Could do with better internal lighting at night. Could not fit the vehicle fully into the carport space as an add on ramp at front entrance encroaches into the carport space. Could only see one air conditioner in the villa. It was located in main living space. Could do with air-cons in bedrooms. After purchasing a pack of laundry detergent from the onsite store I found some provided in a cupboard in the bathroom. Would be better if it was stored in an obvious position adjacent to the front loader.

Rooms were clean and spacious. All equipment worked.

The area is nice

We have been quite a few times but was pretty crappy this time. Really crappy room that was dirty with hair everywhere. Dirty windows that you couldn't see out of. Really disappointing. Was the worst unit I've ever stayed in number 26. I did talk to the front desk and did say the manager would contact me but no one has. Such a shame as we have had some fabulous trips there.

Right opposite the ocean , very well managed, with super helpful staff, our cabin was fully equipped, even the out side washing facilities were very clean, the laundry was also a clean and welcoming .

the large rubbish bin was out side or cabin and day or night ,there was clunking and smells when the wind changed

missed the shower cap. Otherwise love the new body wash, hand cream dispensers.

We found a manual for a coffee machine, but there was no coffee machine in the chalet

Great location right opposite the beach with a nice walking area. The newer cabins are excellent and very comfortable. It’s a big park but well laid out – you’ll definitely need the map if it’s your first time. Overall, a really good spot.

The cabin was very comfortable and clean and the beds were excellent.

Location and easy checking was good. Good quality linen. But bathroom was small and pokey, not enough room to put anything.

location was in walking distance of CBD and beach. had all the things we needed in our room. Quiet and lovely surrounds

we got very wet going from our room to the ensuite bathroom , when it was raining. A little bit of roof would be great. it seemed there was no gutter above the outside door of the unit, there was a lot of water as you came out of the door.

Modern and fun for the kids, easy to get around without a car and there was lots for the kids to do.

Though new, the layout of the bedrooms were a little awkward and not a great use of space. As an example in the master there was a suitcase stand but no room to stand it. Mattress was too soft for my preference.

Kids liked trampoline,cycling, swimming

Cabin floor hadn't been mopped and bedside tables were caked in dust.

Loved almost everything, location, it had so many things for the kids to do! The staff put on activities which was extra! Easy check in and out. Absolutely stunning and clean. My boys loved the bikes you can hire.

The cabin we were in had no wifi despite double checking that it did before we came as I definitely needed my down time with the kids watching (heavily pregnant). The tvs in the cabin didn’t even have wifi it kept dropping out and couldn’t connect long enough. Even after asking the staff nothing was done or offered about this issue.

Because I have a disability I had to go outside for the toiletsnot safe for me

I couldnt sleep as outside lights shone through our room most of the night and couldnt be turned off or shut out

There was dirty wet towels, in the basket and black water droplets on the sink as if someone recently washed their hands. I made sure before left to put all the towels in the wash and dryer, for the next people. We enjoyed how peaceful it was, and loved how we could walk 100m down and there was a park, water play, jetty beach etc.

The Staff are really helpful and friendly. Accommodation is in a great location. We book our guys here all the time as it's convenient to the shops and has great amenities.
