Secure parking, comfortable and very clean room

Clean and close to town.Beach and restaurant close by.

The accessibility of the bathroom and room in general. Friendly and helpful staff.

There was only 1 of the many entrances that was wheelchair accessible. This made outings a bit difficult for us, although not impossible. The pool was not accessible for wheelchair users although the pool area was.The room was advertised as "garden view'. This is correct if you fully opened the curtains which allowed people in the meals area to look directly into the room.

The property was close to the the CBD for shopping and restaurants.

The only thing that let the property down was the uncomfortable bed. Everything else was amazing.

Room was comfortable, location excellent and breakfast was quite satisfactory.

Clean windows would've have helped us to fully enjoy the panoramic views we had from the 4th floor.

Large comfortable room, clean and with a large comfortable bed. Good bathroom, large tv, extra seating.

Great cheery staff; very good location and nice comfy main room. Bathroom/ shower fine.

Small thing… had to find an ironing board…borrow from a colleague in another room :)

Close to BREC and restaurants. We had a lovely view of the estuary and everything we needed for an overnight stay although a longer stay would be very comfortable.

The exit

Everything about this stay was unacceptable. The staff were rude and dismissive, and the room’s air conditioning was heavily contaminated with mould. My wife and I both suffer from asthma, and we began experiencing breathing difficulties almost immediately.We were moved to another room, which was even worse. The property feels extremely outdated, worn, and poorly maintained, with a stale smell throughout.We were in the building for less than 20 minutes before deciding it was unsafe to stay. I requested a refund under Australian Consumer Law due to the room being unfit for purpose and posing a health risk. Staff told me to contact Booking.com. Booking.com attempted to resolve the issue, but the hotel refused a refund, which is not compliant with ACL.Based on my experience, this hotel shows a serious lack of regard for guest health and safety. I am now considering further action through the Magistrates Court. This property requires investigation.I strongly advise others to consider my experience before booking.

Reasonable; buffet breakfast should include coffee/ tea

1. Tariff should have been a bit cheaper 2. Split system air conditioning did not cover the bed, sleeping became difficult 3. Dining / restaurant facilities (timings) need improvement
